The location is excellent, conveniently close to subway stations. The apartment closely matches the photos, though there are a few things to note: the room doesn't have a proper door, and the restroom is a bit far from the room and shared. However, it’s still comfortable and functional. Luke is an exceptional host—very seamless and unobtrusive, so most of the time, it feels like you have the amenities all to yourself. I highly recommend staying with Luke!

Our stay at Checha's was just perfect. The apartment is as described, very well-equipped and very clean! The neighborhood is great, quiet with shops nearby (Lidl a 5-minute walk away) and above all an amazing view of New York! The bus stop is right next to the house, allowing to reach Manhattan in 15-20 minutes. Checha is a very friendly host, attentive and very accommodating! The quality of the accommodation and Checha's sympathy helped make this trip an exceptional moment! I would recommend it 100%

Sharon provided clear instructions and stopped by at check-in to make sure I had everything I needed and knew how to reach her. Then she left me alone and gave me absolute privacy. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home: comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, great WiFi, lots of clean towels, a large screen TV, and a spotlessly clean bathroom. The space is well laid out, quiet, and comfortable. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Sharon!

I wasn't sure what to expect but I have to say that the Henry Norman exceeded all of our expectations. Firstly, the room was massive – I'm not sure the photos do it justice – and the bed was one of the comfiest we've slept on. The staff were excellent and the hotel was only 5/10 minutes walk away from the subway, though greenpoint (specifically bagel point and the peter pan bakery) is a great area. My only very minor gripe would be the relatively small gym if that kind of thing bothers you (good for running, not much else) and that noise can come through the ceiling if you have guests above you. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I LOVED everything about the Henry Norman. The space itself was airy, bright, chic and modern. I loved the high ceilings, and the amount of space I had. The bed was comfy, and I loved the area of the studio that had the couch and desk. Isaiah and Martin at the Front Desk were incredibly warm, responsive and helpful. My stay at the Henry Norman exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Despite the hustle and bustle of the convenient location​ close to all sorts of shops and transport, the room feels like a refuge as it's semi-private and quiet. ​The bed is comfortable, and ​the room​ is large with nice little touches​ added for convenience/comfort. ​The host, Mike​, offers exceptional hospitality. ​He is welcoming, accommodating, ​considerate and respectful of ​a guest's privacy​, y​et if one feels like socializing, he's an interesting conversationalist. ​Overall, a wonderful human being. This house was excellent and bigger than expected. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Location was great with easy access via bus to Times Square/Port Authority Terminal. We really appreciated the basic groceries left for us as we never made it to the nearby Aldi during opening hours. Highly recommend this house.

Best place to stay! 2 minute walk to train station. In front of the air bnb is all kinds of shops and grocery stores as well as Chinese, Mexican, and Ethiopian restaurants. Host is very helpful and responsive. I am gonna stay at this location only moving forward. Don’t hesitate to choose this place! Accurate and clean as well as prime location.

I don't often say this - but this spot was EVEN more charming and spacious than anticipated from the beautiful photos. Our friend group came for the weekend and found the location and price accessible - and were also blown away at how accommodating the layout was for our group size (plenty of space/personal space/space to spread out and sleeping options). Additionally, the vaulted ceilings made it feel open and airy - but every single window was covered with an adjustable black-out curtain so sleeping-in in the main area was very easy and more than comfortable (and we definitely slept in:). Hosts were responsive, helpful, SO kind and welcoming, and easy to chat with throughout the visit - even lending a hand when we had takeout delivered to the wrong door. I could go on about the amenities, the gorgeous bathroom, how easy it was to find what we needed, etc - but will leave it at RAVE reviews all around from our group and would recommend this spot again hands down.

Eric's place is gorgeous! I lived in his airbnb with two friends for a week and we felt at home on the day of arrival. Times Square is only 30-35 minutes away by public transport, and supermarkets are in walking distance. If boredom came up, we liked to play basketball. The bed and sofa are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped as described. A balcony is also available.

Wonderful little apartment. Perfect for 1 or 2. Nice touches like coffee pods & creamers, Trader Joe toiletries and a tasty chocolate bar. Hosts were extremely responsive & helpful. Great location. Would highly recommend.
