A beautiful oasis setting, in the trees. Wonderful western aspect offering evening opportunities to sit on the balcony and watch the sudnown. Easy 2 minute drive to Avoca beach. Really well set up kitchen with double cooktop and oven. Great communication from Janine and Henk.

Our family had a wonderful weekend at Kristen & Paul’s place. I've never seen a place so beautifully decorated and well-equipped, ideal for young children. The real highlight for us was being able to interact with the animals—feeding and petting the goats, chickens, and the adorable dog Lucy. Highly recommend, would love to go back. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay at Michelle and Adrian’s place! They were incredibly attentive, and responsive, providing great neighborhood tips. We loved how pet-friendly it was—included dog beds and bowls. Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, with great cafés. Highly recommend it—especially for pet owners!

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

Gorgeous setting, very relaxing & comfortable. Made good use of the equipment in the shed and enjoyed marshmallows on the fire a couple of the nights - byo lighter & firewood. Responsive hosts, quick to reply if you send a query.

My stay at this property was nothing short of incredible! The house itself is beautifully designed, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The highlight without a doubt, was the pool. Crystal clear with pool noodles provided and the outdoor area was spacious with loungers and a BBQ. Inside, the house was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to prepare meals and the living space is comfortable and relaxing. The water pressure in the shower is strong and heats up quickly. The beds are comfortable and the towels provided were huge and fluffy and there was lots of them. The location was fantastic—peaceful, private & close to beaches. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. They had a wonderful welcome pack in the fridge with awesome jams, chocolates and sparkling water. If you're looking for a dream getaway this is the place to be. Thank you Jess and Jonas

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

Had a great stay on the lake, was relaxing and serene. Everything we were after. The guest house was clean and spacious with all the amenities needed for a few days away. Pool was amazing, perfect for a hot day!

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

We loved our stay. Justin was so lovely! House was equipped with all your needs to cook, kick back, relax and soak in the most stunning view. Very spacious, never felt crowded (we were a group of 12), we went there to relax and that's exactly what we did. Justin is super friendly and accommodating and genuinely wants you to have a good time while there. This is an absolute waterfront property- it meant the kids can nap/early bed time and you can still be with everyone soaking in the view. We barely left the house (other than to buy groceries), it was just perfect,

Loved our stay in Sarah’s home. We took our dogs and so enjoyed walking with them daily along the river. We visited local beaches and explored the area. The house was very comfy for 2 families. Enjoyed the pool area and the pool table tennis table etc… very simple local town…

Ideal location for my trip as it’s a 10 minute drive in either direction for the activities we doing that weekend. Bonny herself is very friendly and welcoming. Very secure and lovely property and everything looked like pictures.

Our family loved staying in this beautiful, peaceful, clean and relaxing home. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a game changer and the heated pool was hard to leave! The hosts were wonderful to deal with. We highly recommend this AirBNB.

Victoria and Roger’s place was in a beautiful, peaceful spot. We had everything we needed during our stay and loved all the added extras in the house including all kitchen essentials and beautiful toiletries. Victoria even left out some pool noodles for the kids which they loved. We had some gorgeous weather while in Ettalong and enjoyed the pool and sitting on the balcony in the afternoons.

with its multiple living areas, quality furniture and fittings, it's a very comfortable and stylish place to relax and enjoy the luxurious lifestyle created, the office desk had ample space and a spare monitor to connect you laptop, the pool tiling was safe for kids with a great non slip surface, bbq and kitchen cook top were great, TV's were big and quality, aircon was great, fridge with ice and water. Views of the beach with a great deck to enjoy a few drinks in the evening or your morning coffee. Plenty more... we will be back!! thank you Kim!!!

Me and my friends had a wonderful experience staying over at woy woy bay! The house was stocked with many ammenities and namely offered exciting waterside activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding that made our experience more enjoyable. The view of the bay each day was also wonderful and there is access to many facilities as well as beaches by car. The host Xu also gave clear instructions in checking in and out that helped make our stay more convenient. The house was mostly clean except for some clutter and dust under the couches from previous guests. The bed and bathrooms were kept clean and the kitchen was also clean. We had a wonderful stay at Xu’s place.

My large group had a pleasant stay. Large front/backyard and plenty of beds and seating for dining for our group. Only downfall was there’s no air con in some bedrooms but they do provide some fans. Recommend the house and great location to many attractions like the long jetty & the entrance!

Felt instantly at home....5 star location.....all amenities covered....bed very comfortable....loved that it was on the end and my little fur baby had an extra yard to run around in...very private .... definitely can't wait to re-book

I stayed here with my family and we all had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for everyone, we all felt very at home and the location was great. A 2 minute stroll to the beach and our own pool! What more could we want!? Would stay here again.

We enjoyed a perfect 10-day beachy getaway with our small family and dog. Bob and Rita's studio is in a prime position between Terrigal beach and Erina Fair. We always found parking on the street and the cul-de-sac was whisper quiet with just the sound of birds along with a nice view. Bob and Rita were the perfect hosts, very welcoming and friendly on arrival and then giving us privacy during our stay. They were very responsive and proactive with checking we had everything we needed. Definately recommend Bob and Rita's studio to anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday, especially if you're travelling with your dog. We'd love to visit again soon!

Cameron and Cathy’s home was the perfect place for our family getaway (with our 2 small fur babies). The home has absolutely everything you could ever need for a break away. Photos were accurate, located right on the lake, plenty of room to spread out and the most well appointed kitchen we have ever stayed at! We all feel relaxed and refreshed after our stay and we would definitely love to stay again. Thank you again Cameron & Cathy 💫

We had such a lovely long weekend at Dan’s place in Avoca. We loved the quiet and peaceful location, proximity to the beach and big comfy bed! We didn’t get the best weather but the lounge was super comfy to hang out until the showers past and the views from the second bedroom are just gorgeous. Dan was super friendly throughout as well. Highly recommend!
