Condo vacation rentals in Kihei

This was a great place to stay for a week. It is right across from a beautiful beach that we walked in the mornings and went to for amazing sunsets. There is a lot of activity going on around the area with restaurants, shopping and water activities. The unit is very comfortable for 4 people, may be tight with 2 more in the common space. The layout is nice, the kitchen is great and fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable. There is a nice balcony with a pretty view (not of the beach but still beautiful). The host was extremely responsive to questions and also reached out proactively to ask how things were going. Also the on island hosts were great. We had planned a surprise proposal on the trip and they helped with recommendations for photographers which worked out great. They were also responsive when we needed help with the television. My only critique is to add more closet/dresser space and for much bigger bath towels (we used the beach towels). It was a great stay!

We loved staying at Lily's place at the KOA. The grounds were beautiful and had many activities for us to enjoy including tennis, pool area, shuffleboard, and a ping pong table. Very convenient location to access the shoreline and walk for miles along the beach. The place was clean and friendly. The kitchen is a little outdated, but everything functions perfectly! We loved sitting on the balcony and sipping our coffee in the morning. Overall, a good stay for two couples! Thank you Lily!

we had a wonderful time at carolyn’s place! the location was right near all kinds of great restaurants and right across the street from the beach! we could walk to everything we wanted to do in the area and we always felt very safe in the area. the condo was clean and spacious with a pool and a great porch we watched the sunrise from in the morning. we would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy kihei!

Megan's place was very comfortable for me and my friend. The unit was very clean and looks just like the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with enough dishes and cookware for our needs. We also appreciated that the condo has a washer and dryer. The condo is located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a beach, and places that offer excursions for your Maui vacation. We had a slight problem checking in, but Megan responded through the app when we reached out. I highly recommend that people stay here.

Wonderful condo overlooking the ocean with whales breaching on the distance, and sea turtles swimming along the beach. Big comfortable bed, kitchen with all the amenities, nice bathroom and shower, and incredible sunrise view.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect and we loved sitting outside on the large lanai by the pool. The condo was well stocked and very tidy. Kehei is a special place!

Property has 2 air conditioners (very happy with that). Kitchen stocked with almost everything you need. Place is small. Enough for two people (perfect for a couple). Pool was nearby and also the coin operated laundry (made it very convenient). No issues except for the loud dump truck early in the morning. Highly recommend! Marc was super responsive and answered all our questions. The place is under a HOA (lots of rules but they were all common courtesy rules). We enjoyed it!

Echoing other reviews, great Airbnb location. Easy check-in and plenty of parking in the complex area. The airbnb was clean and well stocked as well. We made use of the beach essentials provided! Neighbors can get a little loud during quiet hours just because of the large condo complex this unit is in.

Fantastic stay . Perfect location and everything you would need for a great holiday . Everything was new and clean and cannot really fault anything . Sidney was very responsive to any queries . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay !

Nice clean space. Love the beach there. Get a hammock walk to the beach turn left and you will find a place to hang out.

My husband and I took a week away for the first time without our kids. This place was the best possible place for us. Close to everything we needed/wanted. The marina at the end of the road offered super fun things and the shopping center next to the marina offered food, shopping etc. (100% walkable) The bed was super comfortable and the amount of wildlife we saw daily in the ocean from the balcony was insane. Clean, had everything we needed. Only suggestion is a pair of scissors :) - would love to return and bring my kids on our next Maui vacation. Ron was great, contacted me a few days before, had great suggestions on a car rental place that saved us $ (that we pumped right back into the Maui economy) Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Truly epic.

Beautiful condo with stunning view. Maalaea Bay Area is quiet, away from the crowds but still close enough to anything you want to do. Julie was exceptionally helpful when we had a canceled flight out of Maui. Loved our stay!

Andrew and Heidi have a wonderful place located on S Kehei rd. Easy access to the main town and airport. Walking uptown is easy and the long beach you can take is great for a morning stroll. The condo is very clean, comfortable beds, AC in each bedroom and one in the main living and kitchen area. Kitchen had a keurig /coffee pot which is a must for me. Pots pans utensils were abundant and could cook any meal. Fridge was great with an ice maker which came in handy for our cooler. There was also 2 coolers, umbrella and chairs provided for the beach. 🏖️ Deck was perfect. Faced the ocean and watched sunsets when we were there. Everything was well stocked for starting out. We had others staying in the same complex and we ended up having the suppers!! Lots of space and seating. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and communication was great with quick responses. Had all you need in the kitchen to cook if you wanted to. Shower was hot with plenty of towels. Had chairs you could use at the beach. Drive all the way around to the back of the property, go up the small ramp, turn walk that sidewalk and before you turn to go to the pool there's your place. Home away from home. The laundry is through the pool area, past the tennis courts, and down the stairs in the corner and there are plenty of machines to use at a good price. You are right across the street from the beach and the Whale Research Center and also turtles hang out there in the sun. There is a strip mall a few blocks away that offers all types of food. I would definitely stay there again as it was centralized to many activities on Maui. I had a great stay.

Chenwei's place was awesome! Super clean and worth the price. Close to a lot of restaurants and grocery store. When we arrived, we were greeted with flowers and snacks! 10/10 would recommend.

Great stay at a beautiful place on the beach. Super responsive and helpful host, Malinee. The space was big with a great deck with amazing views of the sunset and beach. The location was great in a part of the island that was quieter but close to things. FREE, super active, public pickleball court about 10 minute walk away. Looking forward to returning someday!!

Firstly, the communication was excellent. We received a few messages prior to our arrival which made us feel relaxed about the reservation. The instructions were very well explained. The check-in process was very simple. The condo was lovely - and right on the beach. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, and the convenience of the washer/dryer meant we were able to travel light. The premises were in good order, and the pool area was immaculate, with plenty of loungers around the pool and on the grass verge on the edge of the beach. This was a fab location for watching the sunset. Sugar Beach is a little out of Kihei Town Centre, so you need to use your car to go out to eat etc. but I loved the seclusion as Kihei can be quite lively. Overall we were extremely happy with our hosts, the apartment and Maui in general. A wonderful holiday.

Great stay at Ray and Elsa’s place. The location was perfect. Very walkable to the beach and all the shops in Kihei. Also very central location to go west, to the road to Hana, or Haleakalā. The place was exactly as described and the guidebook left was fantastic. The place was also very clean - one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Would recommend.

Kathy’s place was awesome for our week. My family of 4, with two teenagers was great. The place was VERY clean. The updated kitchen and bathroom was very nice. Kitchen was very well stocked and the extras for the beach were very nice to have. We had everything we needed. There is no direct beach access, but less than a 5 minute walk to beach access. I would highly recommend Kathy’s place! Thanks for a great stay.

Great place to stay for your stay in Maui! Thank you Sarah! It has an awesome location, walkable distance to beautiful sunsets and the beach right across the street. Also walkable distance to groceries and other shops. This little piece of paradise has all the amenities you may need to feel right at home. It well exceeded our expectations. Great for a couple like us and can fit 4 comfortably I think. The condo was clean, very cozy, and easy to find. Sarah was very kind to provide detailed instructions for check in even with pictures. Loved how everything was labeled and very organized for your convenience. Emergency flashlights were provided which served us well for an overnight thunderstorm that caused a power outage. Did not inconvenience us at all since we had everything we needed. Sarah was nice to check up on us after the storm to see if all was fine. Very pleased and happy with our stay. Will definitely come back to visit when in Maui again! Mahalo!

We spent 8 days with our 2 boys at Steven's place and we were all crying when we left. It has been home since day one, the location is very peaceful, the garden is simply amazing and the pool was the highlight for all of us. We met friendly neighbours and the location was perfect for discover a new piece of Maui every day. We had everything we need in the apartment, literally everything. Thanks again Steven

It was our first trip to Maui and it was absolutely wonderful. Our unit had partial ocean view with the balcony, a perfect spot for the morning coffee. The apartment is a little outdated but had basically everything you need to enjoy beach vacation including 4 beach chairs and umbrella, cooler and plenty of beach towels. The kitchen is well stock up. The only thing we would recommend is the small espresso machine for the espresso lovers like us to make it perfect. Thank you for amazing time at Maui!
