This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot. I look forward returning in the future! Efcharisto

Kyriaki is so wonderfully nice and heartfelt, she immediately made us all feel welcome and at ease. The house is peaceful and luxurious and we spent most of our time out on the yard, enjoying the pool and having long lunches. There's lots of seating space and the yard is so beautiful and well kept it's hard to go elsewhere. The stay was made so simple and easy - there were detailed instructions on how to use all of the amenities, recommendations on places to go eat (which by the way, are absolutely worth following through), everything was done to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The fridge was even stocked with wines and juices and fruits, marmalade, crackers, treats! A cleaning and change of sheets/towels midway through our stay was offered too- so thoughtful! I could not have pictured a better stay than what we ended up having. If you're on the fence between two places to stay - choose here. Thank you for making our holiday such a wonderful memory to think back on.

This was a great place for our family! George (who manages the home) was extremely responsive and very kind. We loved the area and the grocery store up the street was so convenient, and had amazing premade food, sushi, smoothies etc. We loved the house and the pool. Our stay was lovely. Thank you, George.

We spent a wonderful stay at Emma's House. The house is very well decorated with excellent taste. Emma clearly pays a lot of attention to details and the place was spotless. The house is actually bigger than it appears on the pictures, wich was one of the many good suprises of the stay.

I had an excellent stay at this house! It's central, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the amenities were outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay! Definitely coming back here

We have a brilliant time at Nikkos’ lovely villa. It’s quiet, private and the pool is wonderful. It’s really handy for Vari and other places on the coast but you do need a car. It was the perfect retreat for us. Nikkos is such a friendly host. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We would like to thank Nikkos for a great holiday!

Nice detached bungalow in a dead end street with beautiful houses. Quiet area, cozy restaurants by the sea are about 1 km away. Nice spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. The three bedrooms are nice and spacious with plenty of closet space. The bathroom is big enough, just standing in the bathtub is a bit cramped. Beautiful large covered terrace with 2 dining tables and lounge set. Parking is on private property. Many people have a watchdog, who regularly catch up. Atnight it was quiet. Convenient is the washing machine. Nice that there is Netflix too much. For groceries, there is a Lidl at 3 km. On the main road at about 1 km there are also bakeries and other supermarkets. Furthermore, there is a wide range of shops. The beach is close by and there are several places to sunbathe and swim. The harbor is very cozy. Athens is 45 minutes away by car. Parking in one of the many garages/spots near downtown costs about €10 per day. The airport is about 30 minutes by car, very pleasant. Nea Makri is top.

The air bnb was perfect, in a great location, spacious and well equipped to spend an amazing christmas break in Athens. Koukaki is a vibrant happening area and the property was perfectly situated to explore, easy walking distance to metro, acropolis, monastiraki and all central areas. we chose this property in particular as we wanted somewhere to cook and enjoy our christmas dinner....it didn't disappoint! The hosts were beyond helpful all the way through and they arranged for me a superb transfer from the airport with the fantastic driver Christos....a little more expensive than a usual cab but welll worth the extra for the friendly comfortable and hassle free service he provided. strongly recommend. can't wait to stay here again!

Anna and her team were spectacular. They always responded to all of our questions quickly. They were helpful with anything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly what you would picture Greece to be. We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Maria is very welcoming and gave us clear instructions before we arrived to find the place easily. She was also very flexible on our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is quite large and very bright, we enjoyed the balcony. thanks Maria!

A fabulous place to stay and enjoy Athens - all in walking distance from the front door of the apartment. We were a family of 4 and had plenty of space with lovely comfortable beds and hot showers and great access to all that we needed - local bakeries through to great restaurants and sights. Such a gem !

Amazing value for the money with the garden, double bedroom, kitchen and such a responsive host. The metro line makes Konstantino’s place very accessible. Highly recommended.

Politimi’s place was like a dream! It was just so beautiful inside - more like a New York style apartment. It was absolutely spotless & exactly as shown in the photos. And it was so well stocked! Fruit & vegetables, chocolate, milk - it’s these little things that make such a huge difference. Politimi was also a dream host. She checked in to make sure everything was ok & I knew she was just a message away if I needed anything at all. The area is lovely & quiet, with supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants close by. It was also a 15 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip in Chalandri. This place was just what I needed & I couldn’t be more thankful 🙏🏻

Great place and location! We loved this place. We shared with our daughter and 14 yr old grandson. Having 2 full bathrooms was so nice! The backyard garden was so pretty and peaceful. There was good WiFi and it had all amenities we needed and more. Spotless clean. We used UBER to get to Acropolis, Monastiraki and Plaxa Districts. Between 5-7€. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the local feel…getting fresh bread a few doors down, eating at Pita Status for lunch (1 min walk) The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here when we come to Athens in the future. Note: if you have mobility issues there about 4 steps up into the front and a few to the back door. Once inside all on 1 floor.

We had the best experience staying at this place! I've been using Airbnb for almost 10 years now, and Marios is by far the best host I've ever encountered. His responsiveness was incredible – he always replied in seconds and was quick to solve any issues we had. The place itself is absolutely peaceful, the perfect escape to relax and unwind. We especially loved the fireplace, which was so cozy and warm at night. Marios truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. I will definitely be coming back, all thanks to the fantastic service!

We had the most wonderful stay at the beach house for three weeks in October/November. It felt like a private beach retreat, with everything you need at the house, a beautiful and serene sandy beach steps away, and a few restaurants and farm stays around within walking distance. The hosts went out of their way to be welcoming, helpful and friendly. We would love to stay again!

George was so kind, he picked us up from the airport and then throughout the day he drove us to the center of Anthens and hours later picked us up. It made our travel easy with no stress. We really appreciated George. His house was just like the photos, very nice. Thank you George! We will see you next time in Athens.
