I cannot say enough good things about our hosts and our stay. Michelle went above and beyond to welcome us and communicate with us in the lead up to our stay. The unit had everything you could want, and more. It was stunning and so well thought out. The balcony was beautiful and also so well equipped. With everything provided, it made our stay much less stressful and we felt very much comfortable and at home. Will definitely be retuning. Thank you Michelle, you've done a fantastic job with the place!

What a beautiful residence to go with the beautiful location. Naomi has made this a lovely comfortable homely space, extending the beach theme indoors with beautiful decor and artwork, and providing spacious areas for eating, sleeping, and relaxing. The inclusion of a games cupboard was a delightful treat. The fully decked out and full size kitchen made meals a breeze. Naomi was very communicative with helpful instructions, and responsive both before, during, and on checking out from the stay. My already high expectations for a relaxing beach holiday were exceeded by how delightful this residence was. 12/10.

We had a lovely stay at The View - peaceful setting, yet convenient to the beaches, walks and town. The apartment had everything we needed for a 5 day stay, and presented as advertised.

Shelley's was perfect for our family of 4 to have a relaxing week away. The apartment was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more), plenty of activities to do in the area, and lovely beaches close by. Watching the whales from the balcony was a highlight!

We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

A wonderful, spacious, well stocked home that was perfect for our group of two families (4A, 5C). Super close to the beautiful creek and beach, which is perfect for families. Self contained upstairs and downstairs gave some privacy for each family while still feeling like we were all together. Peaceful garden setting backing onto the creek (bonus; kayaks provided and it's very easy to kayak from the house to the creek by the beach). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Quality inclusions throughout, which were just right - good quality but not so fancy that you have to worry the kids will break something priceless! No air conditioning and linen, but this helps keep it affordable. Driveway is steep and requires some skill to navigate as there are three driveways together and neighbours have asked that guests don't use their driveways to turn around. This was ok for us but if you were towing a trailer or not confident reversing it would be difficult. Would love to stay again!

A great place for large families and can’t speak highly enough of owner and their proactive approach to any questions or concerns we had. Coffee machine was broken and had arranged for a new one to be delivered by Harvey Norman within 2hrs. With 4 families all sharing both levels for my Mums 80th there was plenty of room and plenty of fun had.

We had the most lovely weekend in Pamela’s beautiful home. The gardens are incredible and the home is just stunning and very comfortable and clean. We felt at home right away. Pamela was a great host and gave us all of the information we needed for a great weekend away! I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Thank you Renee for such a wonderful stay. From before we arrived, when she called to provide information, to the detailed recommendations she emailed we had a magical time from start to finish. The kids kayaked and paddle boarded every single day, the manta rays at Bendalong were an absolute highlight, thank you for the recommendation. Everyone raved about the perfect home and location by the lake and so many magical dinners and breakfasts were enjoyed on the balcony. Renee went over and beyond, we can’t wait to be back! A trip to forever remember.

We had a lovely stay in Paul's home. The photos in the listing show how beautiful the views and beach are, but I wasn't prepared for how lovely his home is. It is modern, private and beautifully decorated. It is genuinely right on the beach - the path down to the beach is only a step or two from the back courtyard. I wasn't familiar with the area and had been worried about how far it would be to travel to stores for supplies, but I needn't have worried. Although Paul's home is very peaceful and feels secluded and remote, it is actually only a quick drive to Batehaven or Bateman's Bay for supplies and lovely restaurants. Paul has taken a lot of care to ensure you have everything you need, from the well-appointed kitchen and pamtry, to entertainment and toiletries. He has even provided things you didn't know you needed! Having dealt with disinterested estate agents before, I appreciated that Paul manages the property himself and is a pleasure to deal with.
