excellent communication and response time! the apartment is spacious and a perfect place to settle in for a few days or more.

great apt and very clean and spacious. grabs were a little inconvenient to order since usually went to the gate but not a huge deal. not much around however. gym was difficult to find and figure out. requires payment according to host.

First and foremost, the host, Xuan An (and her husband), is just the best. She is incredibly welcoming, kind, and her hospitality is top-notch. Always quick to respond to messages and provide local recommendations, we found it easy to settle in and feel at home. The apartment itself is comfortable and equipped with everything you need for short or long stays. The apartment is located about a 15-minute, easy walk to Co-Op Mart (large supermarket), while smaller convenience-style stores are located less than a 5 minute walk away (WinMart). There is also an OK Mart located within the complex of the building itself, just outside the front entrance, that sells water and other convenience items. Mân Thái Beach is about a 7-10 minute walk directly down Phan Bá Phiên road, while Da Nang City (downtown) takes about 15-20 minutes by Grab. Chùa Linh Ứng, referred to as Lady Buddha, and the rest of the Sơn Trà Mountain are highly recommended. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Phuc was proactive and responsive from the moment we made our booking, we really couldn't ask for more as a host. Communication was always easiest through WA messenger and anything we needed, she would do her utmost to help with. The property, it is about a 15min walk to old town and with kids we opted for grab. The bedrooms are large, all with their own TV, air con units, fans and ensuite shower rooms. The open plan living room, kitchen(dining room) is a relaxing communal area. The pool was a nice decent size and always clean. As many previous reviewers have mentioned, one of the many highlights was the breakfast provided each morning. Just amazing, all of it! You're in good hands with Phuc and the girl who helped in the morning with breakfast prep and cleaning. Thank you for sharing your property with us and being so accommodating.

Vry responsive and great hospitality from Tau. Tau's place is exactly as per advertised with great location near my khe beach and tonnes of nice local food around. Tau is very attentive to our enquiries and try her best to assist us during our trip. Overall, great place for the price. ☺️

My stay at the Enjoy Villa was pleasant. The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. It is also extremely near to the beach. Cong Ha, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful. He recommended some excellent local restaurants to us, all of which were amazing, and he even went above and beyond to assist us when necessary. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a really kind host, a clean home, and a decent location.

Amazing hosts very responsive, great location between An Bang Beach and Hoi An districts. Highly recommended, would stay again.

Great place with great staffs. You can request anything at anytime and they reply promptly and act on it same time. Breakfast and cleaning was fantastic and the place is so nice and calm to stay relaxed. Amazing hospitality and we’ll visit again for our next trip.

Very spacious for 9 people. We like that the area was peaceful away from the Old Town. Note that it might take about 10-15minutes drive to get to the main area but it definitely worth it if you like relaxing and peaceful area.

Could not express enough how much we loved this place. My wife and 4 kids would have stayed a lot longer, there’s so much to do on and off the resort everything was perfect. Definitely staying here again!

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Dung’s place was a perfect place for a 2 week stay! Very accommodating and comfortable.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

I think I'll come again next time

I stayed 3 days with my dog and booked again. There was a washing machine, so it was comfortable, and I stayed without any inconvenience due to the host's prompt response. I was able to deliver it very comfortably, and I was able to buy the bottled water and food I needed at K-Mart. Good house good host ^ ^
