Beachfront vacation rentals in Khao Takiab beach

This is a family trip which we spend lots of time looking for the place. Im so glad we found this place which fits perfectly for what we were looking for. The place is roomy, and all facilities work perfectly especially the aircon and water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large dining table is a great place to gather around. The area is very peaceful however you will need a car to get around. My son asked if we can stay longer. 😊

Impressed with the private beach, the house is very private, great host highly recommended.

The house is beautiful, and Chonnikan helps a lot. She always replies to messages promptly and gives us good instructions. We will definitely book her house again if we come to Hua Hin next time. Thank you Chonnikan!! :)

perfect; our stay went very well extra washing machine at the hotel very convenient pool, beach, bar, sunbed at the bottom of the building. 2nd and top floor apartment, quiet room service tt the days. brief great location, parking, view, cleanliness it was great!

We ended up extending our stay here from 13 to 29 days. That should say how much we enjoyed it here! It’s easy to find, about 20 mins drive to the shopping centre (Market Village), the unit is on 3rd floor and it’s spacious for the 3 of us. Kun Nit is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, very accommodating & proactive. The bed is comfy, got a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We felt very secure as it’s 24/7 security. During our stay there it’s very peaceful and we didn’t get any noise disturbances. Just less 5 mins drive is our fave breakfast/lunch place called Love Bread. Amazing food selection (International & local) with great baked goods selection and the staff are very friendly. We ate there almost every morning. If you see this unit available, don’t think twice! We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay here again in a few months time! :)

Very cosy and well equipped Villa outside of Huahin. Sheraton pools, gyms and services next door. Can warmly recommend to people that want resort lufe and taking it easy

This place is as advertised. Clean, comfy and in a quiet location with gated security. Beautiful accomodations and pool. Would definetly reccomend this place and this host.

Really lovely location, the views of the beach and landmarks were amazing. The staff at the apartment block were really helpful abd friendly. Lucksamon was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome.

Clean, well equipped and cosy condo near sea with Netflix and very confortable bed. Small gym and approximatly 25 m pool. 2 stores near and lovely cheap restaurants were also close. I preferred street foodstalls next to 7 Eleven almost every evening during my 4 weeks. Internet in a room was fast enough to work. In kitchen there were everything to make you breakfast and in a small balcony a washing machine. If I come back, this appartement will be my choise.

We had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped and very nice. We cooked meals every day and had everything we needed, and ate on the balcony. The property is great, with many pools and great facilities, right on the beach. It was also very quiet during our stay (March) which was nice. We rented a motorbike to get around and explore, but Grab is also available. The town of Huahin is a 15 min drive with large malls and supermarkets. There are limited walkable options, but things like 7-11, a few small restaurants, and a local market on wed/sun are within 10-15 minute walk.

Kae was very responsive and she actually bought a grill for us when she did not need to! She made sure that we had everything we needed. She is one of the best host we had experienced through Airbnb because of her unmatched hospitality. I will stay here again if the opportunity comes up again.

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

The room is very comfortable. As described in the photos, I will go again.

The property and pools are large and lush and well cared for. Some pool loungers and all umbrellas need to be replaced. Location and access to the beach are perfect. The condo looks like it is portrayed in the pictures. It is well stocked and has pretty much everything you will need. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen is showing it’s age. Vanessa was very easy to communicate with and responded to any issues immediately. A great place to spend a few weeks in Thailand.

Wonderful apartment. One of the best we have seen. Very clean, very spacious, has everything you need for living and even more. A huge amount of dishes, including children's. Microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 TVs, high-speed Internet. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, which is certainly a huge bonus. There is also a gym and sauna. The sea is a few minutes' walk from the Condo. Also within walking distance of 7/11 and street food and fruit stalls. The hostess is a very nice girl, she answered questions instantly. The Condo administrators are also very friendly and sociable. In general, these were unforgettable 4 days of our stay. 100% we will come back again! Thank you. Замечательная квартира. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

We loved staying at Chere’s place. The apartment is spacious, clean and has the most amazing view over the pool and sea! The location is very central and the complex is very well maintained! Our kids loved to play in the pool and the fact that you can easily walk to different restaurants over the beach. Would certainly recommend!

It was a great experience, I recomend it! It’s a very beautiful place, unique house on to of the water, just a 3 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms was very clean and new. Hosts are very kind and helpful.

Slightly older complex. Top location directly opposite a large shopping center and on the main street. No street noise. The pool area was neatly maintained, but too small for everyone in high season. Direct access to the beach. The apartment is simply and functionally furnished. Everything is a little older, too. The beds are hard. Bath towels available. However, no soap or shampoo. Location and price make it a top object.

Great location and views and really nice apartment with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent value accommodation. We absolutely loved our stay.

Love staying at Faii's, I stay here every year when I visit Hua Hin, location is perfect, between two major shopping centers which are walking distance, beach is across the street. Everyone at Faii's are so lovely, accommodating and so welcoming. Beds are super comfy and the rooms are quiet. The best!
