Had a wonderful weekend stay at this beautiful property! The place was spotless, tastefully done, and offered breathtaking views all around. It was truly worth every penny. The food was delicious, and both the host and caretaker were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful staycation in the hills, surrounded by nature!

Everything was super smooth from start to finish. The on site staff was very helpful and always available for any support. The location itself is quite beautiful and very close to the central market. Thanks to Ajay and team for a wonderful stay.

Ajay's place made for a pleasant stay. The homestay was close enough to the center of Lonavala but also far enough, to be serene. It's well maintained and spacious for a family. A special shoutout to the caretaker for being extremely helpful and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. And most importantly, Anita, our host, has set the bar way too high for me to book any other property! Her hospitality, attention to detail, and responsiveness made this experience truly exceptional. Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!

we had an amazing stay at this villa with friends! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures— clean, well-maintained, and beautifully set up. The linens were fresh, and all amenities listed were provided. The pool was clean, and we could enjoy it fully. The caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful, while the host was very responsive, making the booking process smooth and hassle-free. We loved that there were some games available for entertainment, and a complimentary gift basket was a lovely surprise! The location was nice, with Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit delivering right to the villa. Initially, we had planned some sightseeing, but the villa was so peaceful and pretty that we decided to stay in and enjoy. The terrace was also a great spot for birdwatching. Overall, it was a fantastic and private getaway!

The property is well maintained and has everything needed during the stay, like extra pillows/blankets, Bluetooth speakers, and basic cutlery for cooking/eating. It is ideal for a couple or 3/4 friends. There are two stores right outside for snacks, tea/coffee, basic toiletries, etc. The caretaker, Satish, is very helpful and can arrange meals if required.

I had an amazing stay at this place over the weekend! The place was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, stylish, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host ( Mr Abhishek Chaudhry) was incredibly friendly, well-mannered, and super helpful throughout the entire stay. They made sure everything was smooth and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Felt just like home. Absolutely peaceful , safe and comfortable location.Thee amenities very great, cricket indoor nets, swimming pool, a lake,petting zoo. Inside the house everything required was equipped and Ashish was always available for any help. We met a caretaker as well she was helpful as well. Great place to stay and a well equipped kitchen as well as plenty of places near by to explore includingrestaurants, imagica and others. Will definitely visit again.

It was a very comfortable and peaceful stay with them. The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures and was very well maintained. Could be a little cleaner as I spotted a small cockroach on the countertop but since we weren’t really cooking there, was okay for us. All in all, a good stay.

They welcome you and explain everything once you reach also a manual is shared after booking explaining using all the appliances in the house. All food delivery apps work in the area.
