Very spacious and great location. The house was beautiful inside and out. The host had a binder full of recommendations and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

This was a wonderful location. It was very close to Six Flags, Top Golf, and indoor go Karts. It is also very close to UTSA. It was a very safe location and even safe for a run around the neighborhood. Our teenagers were entertained by the games that were provided, Dominoes and Yahtzee. The beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic stay, house was well set up and had everything we needed and was in a great location. Douglas was a fantastic host - we really appreciated having the pool heated for our stay!

Great place to stay with 3 couples! Plenty of space, short drive to Main Street. We loved our stay.

SipSipHooray was perfect for our 2025 Girls Roadtrip to Fredericksburg. My sister, niece and I had a blast shopping like crazy and wine tasting for 4 days and 3 nights. We appreciated the living space particularly in the evenings after an early dinner, and watching romcoms together. The hot tub was pristine but we only used it the first night due to sunburns from outdoor wine tasting. Thank you Amber for sharing your place and for helping us out with finding gluten friendly options in the area. If you are an ice cream aficionado, do not miss Austin Creamery, a block off Main on W. Austin. We’ll be back!

This was as “charming” as the description. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone I know that desires a quaint retreat in FREDRICKSBURG!

Beautiful property and very convenient location to both downtown Fredericksburg and area wineries. The house was very clean and well suited for two families with four King bedrooms, two on each side of the house. We drew straws for the primary room! :) We wish the pool were heated so we could have enjoyed it more, but the backyard is great and fenced in (do take note that the pool is not fenced, which may be a concern for those traveling with young children). We had a great stay and would recommend it. One more note is its close proximity to their wedding venue. No events were going on, but there are always people on the property and others staying at adjacent yurts. It was no problem for us and very quiet, but wanted to mention that. The grounds are well kept and our friends enjoyed walking their dog and exploring the property along with the neighborhood deer!

My husband and I came to Helotes for a concert and this rental was the perfect place for us to stay for the weekend. We were right at home and everything was perfect. The Hill Country is our favorite place to visit and we had never been to Helotes before, but we will definitely be back. I am excited to try one of the other properties. ❤️

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and tidy, located in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of fun amenities and things to do. While part of the property was under maintenance with the astroTurf pulled up, it didn’t take away from our experience—especially since the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Overall, I would definitely recommend this host and the property!

Paula was an excellent Super-Host! We enjoyed are time very much and will come back if available on our next visit. Her place was located perfectly on top of hill, clean kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. No complaints at all; we hope to visit the other properties she has onsite as well. This was one of the best Air B & B rentals I have stayed at. The house was beautiful, quiet and peaceful my only regret was not booking a longer stay. The animals were so cute and well mannered. The house was close to everything wineries and the town which is a must see. Ryan and Jonathan were amazing hosts very attentive and responded quickly. I will be booking again on my next trip to Hill Country. Beth M.

Thank you so much for making this our favourite day in Texas. Melissa was so responsive and when I messaged she replied within minutes and has been one of the best hosts we have had. We came all the way from England to see Alan Jackson for my 40th and my husband’s 50th, and booked this last minute—what a decision! It honestly took my breath away when we pulled up. I felt so emotional—it was exactly what I’d dreamed of when listening to country music. We met the cat, had an amazing steak on the barbecue, and soaked up the sunshine—something we don’t often get back home in England! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin. This will always be a truly special memory for us. You are amazing Melissa thank you xx

The love shack was perfect for a weekend away! We grilled, enjoyed the hot tub, relaxed by the fire ring and on the back porch with gorgeous views. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, from fire wood for the fire ring to k cups for the coffee pot, and lots of clean towels. We came down for a motorcycle rally, and scenic rides, but this was such a perfect little cabin, that we will absolutely be back. The host was thorough with the instructions, and super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were secluded but not too far from grocery stores or restaurants, they were just a little drive away. The bed was SO comfortable too, we both slept great! We had a wonderful time here at the love shack, and can’t wait to come back.

Book this property right now! You will not be disappointed! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was more than expected. The pictures do not do it justice! It has alot more space than what I thought it would and there is absolutely anything you could need for cooking including some spices and oils, and of course coffee. The hosts are close by on the property and communication was excellent and so friendly! The views are breathtaking even when it's cloudy and rainy. This was a perfect spot to get away and relax!

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing! It had that cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home, and it was perfect for our group of seven. Even though we only stayed for one night, we all wished we had booked a longer trip because we absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time! :)

My wife & I enjoyed finding some time outside of the city to reconnect with ourselves, each other, & nature. We explored the rocks, took in the views, & used the hot tub several times! I loved the detailed decorations & the fire pit outside. It was a peaceful & unique stay. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a place to unplug and reconnect, this is it. The cabin is just as described and in the pictures. The only disappointment for us was not being able to use the fire pit/fireplace due to the burn ban.

What a perfect hill country house for our group! From the small touches to the responsiveness of our host, our stay was smooth. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the deer from the porch. Can’t find a better gem.
