Apartment vacation rentals in Kerr County

Great stay! We were looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate Valentines/a birthday, and this place did not disappoint! The host was great and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the apartment was (shampoo, dishes, coffee, etc. ) It was a great location to enjoy downtown Kerrville and close enough to enjoy the vineyards of Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the River view and hot tub!

Book this place! This property is made up of Wyndham vacation villas perched at the top of a hill with amazing views. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, and customer service is excellent. There are several lakes on property for fishing and a beautiful pool for swimming. There are limited pictures on this site but many more if you go to the Wyndham site directly. This is a perfect getaway for those looking to leave the business of the city to get out to a more remote place. 20 minute drive from several public spots on the Guadalupe River. There were a couple issues with my reservation but the host took care of them quickly. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will be back.

Great stay! Hosts were very accommodating. They had fruit, muffins and water for me which was so unexpected. I didn't have to shop immediately that was great. They had plumbing problems while I was there and they were so apologetic....even refunded some of my money. I'll be back for sure!!

This is the second time my daughter and I have stayed at Erin's Airbnb. We really enjoy the house and it's quiet location. Erin and Sophie are excellent hosts. I'm sure we will want to stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to other guests.

I had a peaceful, relaxing stay at Gracie’s property. The river views are lovely. I left something of value behind and Gracie found it and kept it safe until I returned to retrieve it. She was quickly responsive and eager to get it to me in the most convenient way possible. I really appreciate the consideration.

The resort is beautiful! Spectacular views, peaceful and lots to do in the area. The apartment was very clean, and resort staff very responsive and helpful.

Was a great place to base out of to explore Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and surrounding area. Parking was easy and convenient. The space itself was bigger than we expected and the bathroom is huge. The host was very kind and made our stay easy.

Very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we wanted. Nice, quiet location with well stocked kitchen/pantry. Host was very responsive and allowed us an early check-in which was much appreciated.
