Thank you so much for having us. It was our first accommodation during our first visit to India, and we definitely won’t forget it. The space is beautifully tranquil and relaxing, and in a great location to get a tuk tuk to explore fort Kochi. Hazel looked after us amazingly, and was always happy to help with a smile. The grounds were kept beautifully tidy. The breakfast every morning was amazing and fresh. Listening to the birds chirping and waves crashing on the beach behind while reading a book on a hammock is sheer perfection. Thank you to Sarath and Family for hosting us at such a stunning place.

Very remote and un touristic a magical place. The beach house is sandwiched between a seemingly endless golden sand beach 35kms long and the calm of the backwater. Bicycles rides and boat trips recommended. Doc’s sense of intrinsic beauty and craftsmanship is evident in the 4 homes on the island that he has restored with an artists eye for detail. He was very welcoming and helpful with planning and organisation. We also had great conversations. Theyyam rituals are a must. We were lucky to see the dancing with fire. Otherwise my favorite things were evening Kayaking at sunset to the mangroves and early morning swimming & bird watching in the back water. It’s worth also checking the peacock house on the backwater side, it sleeps 4. A fabulous place with an extremely accommodative host

The family was very kind, helpful and reacted super quickly to everything. They gave nice tips so I could explore the surroundings. I really liked the recommendations that were atypical and spontaneous. I was made aware that a dolphin was passing by so I could see it first hand for example. And I always received a positive smile. Thanks a lot!

Your property is exceptionally well maintained and has a calming energy. I loved waking up every day and just chilling near the pool listening to the beautiful sounds of nature. We had a fantastic stay. The place was comfortable, and the neighborhood was pleasant. The house was as described, with all listed amenities. If you are looking for a place with a serene atmosphere and fresh air, this is the place. Bharathapuzha and a few temples are within walking distance. The host was very responsive. The caretaker, Kuttan Chettan, was super helpful. He provided delicious Kerala food at a nominal price. We would love to come back here. NB: You can enjoy beautiful paintings too.

I was there with my family and a pet . The moment we reached we felt right at home the place was spotless and had lots of fun activities to do. The swimming pool was cleaned everyday. The caretakers and the cook were very helpful and made us feel comfortable every second. The food cooked was fresh and very tasty. Neesha was in touch with us and helped us with clear instructions A special thanks to the owners for the beautiful Christmas decorations and the pudding. Our pet was very happy as she could play around Will surely visit again!!

Stanley and caretaker taken care everything we needed. my family extremely loved the place and if anyone visiting property, check out beautiful canal near by, water is clean and we can swim out there. property surrounded by beautiful views and farm lands. sceneries. so beautiful. just simply go for it.

We were a group of five friends visiting Mysore for a short sight-seeing trip. Kulwant's place was perfect for our purpose. It's spacious, comfortable and very conveniently located. The front yard is very pleasant, and there are plenty of common spaces in the house. Kulwant himself was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again.

It was a very pleasant stay. The house is quite big and 6-8 people can stay comfortably here. Really good option for a family visiting Mysore. Swiggy BlinkIt etc deliver food and groceries for daily needs.

We were a family of 20 and had gone to the place with a tempo traveler. There was enough space for parking and extra beds were provided to accommodate everyone comfortably.
