Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kep Province

Stayed for a month+ in July 2018 and onwards. The house and garden is amazing. Old World charm. From the large balcony (there are two) you have sea view to the one side, and jungle view to the other. The garden is large and green with palm, papaya, mango and avocado trees and a pond for fish. A short walk to the ocean, and a short drive to Kep beach & city and to the national park. Kampot is half an hour away in tuk-tuk.

Loved our stay here. Quiet and chilled with easy access to good food, beach and walks. Excellent swimming pool and lovely cafe. Perfect. Highly recommended.

What an amazing property Suy and Steve has. We enjoyed our stay and they made it extra special with all the amenities . The kids felt bad to leave the house. Very neatly maintained and has everything that’s needed . We had a barbeque night and thanks to Steve for letting us use that

The apartment was laid out well, everything worked. Nice kitchen and shower room. Bed room is spacious. AC was most welcome after a day of exploring. Will stay here again when I visit Kampot. Eugene responded promptly to questions, bike rental was straight forward Very enjoyable experience 😊

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed very much. We rented both villas on the property so it was very private but cannot say how it would have been if someone else would have stayed at the other villa as they are quite close. The other villa on the property is Villa Ananda, both available on AirBnB, although this is not apparent from the listing. Mr Sokhim and Ms Jenda who take care of the property were very kind and helpful.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Kep is a small town with small shops and restaurants, so this place to stay was a little off the path but a quick tuktuk ride into the busy area. We arrived later due to a bus break down and Lionel was extremely communicative and accommodating. The room itself was a good side, clean, and in addition to having an aircon unit there was a big wall mounted fan that kept the place very cool at night. We didn't have the food there, but we did use the pool and it was so beautiful and comfortable! It is a saltwater pool too. It is a relatively small place, but it's so beautiful, quiet, and backed right up against the national forest/park - lots of beautiful greenery, butterflies and birds. Would highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Ken’s place! Ken was the friendliest and most helpful host and made us feel right at home. He arranged a scooter for us which was available as soon as we arrived, left a couple of beers in the fridge, helped us get gas, and was always down for a chat. The house is really beautiful and we loved all the plants inside the open living space, which was so peaceful. We also loved hanging out with Ken and his friends at the bar or at one of the local restaurants (Aneen’s was our favourite!!) - what a fun community they built! If we ever come back to Kampot we’ll definitely stay here again!

We love staying in wooden house under big trees, and here it is! There are a few river parks/beaches alongside the river and near the house, which can be fun if you like lively activities but could be a problem if you prefer a complete silent stay, away from city noises. Thanks for your free and professional peddle board lesson. It was really nice to enjoy the beautiful, clean river and nearby landscape on the peddle boards in the afternoon. I wish there were a way to bring my phone on the peddle to capture sunsets.

A great spot by the river, nice view. It was a really relaxing time.

Honestly the place is magical. Sooooo cosy and so beautiful the outside garden is just straight out of fairytale. Love it would definitely come back.
