Our stay at Lynda’s place was fantastic. We stayed at Khuzi for a month. We were kitesurfing at turtle bay. From the beginning Lynda was very responsive, helpful and made an effort to accommodate our needs. The house is amazing and has everything you need. The outdoor kitchen is great and very complete. The shaded outside seating area with ocean view is superb. And, last but not least, the pool makes everything so much better. Keeps you fresh through the day. The staff was amazing. Felista was our house and she made our stay even better. She helped with everything we needed, kept the house super clean and cooked for us delicious Kenyan dishes. Ruben and Samson were also fantastic. They made sure the pool and outside areas. The beach was the best one in the area as it was quiet and not full of tourists. Not only for kitesurfing but for relaxing. 100% recommended. Thank you for everything!

John is incredibly responsive and an excellent communicator answering all my questions promptly. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Ukunda.

We loved our stay and the location - hosts are a wonderful, friendly family! It is easy to walk to a public beach, there are a number of good places to eat a quick tuk tuk ride away, and the locals are very friendly too. As other reviewers have said it is a flat and not entirely private (we were upstairs and others are downstairs). This didn’t bother us at all. We had our own private restroom and shower upstairs and a nice balcony to enjoy. I wish I brought a small portable fan because while it is very breezy, it can be warm inside the mosquito nets. My kids didn’t mind a bit! Loved the pool and ambiance. Bring snacks or your own food to cook in the kitchen if you want to be lazy or have a midnight snack. The shops aren’t well stocked but there is a grocery store on the way at Diani Beach.

Nice private cottage with 24h security, pool, fans, equipped kitchen, wifi worked well. for putting a but the bathroom faucet and the cistern do not have a lot of pressure and it is difficult to use comfortably. the very good and cool pool.

Noah's place is in a great location- private and pieceful. My family had an wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

One of the best Airbnb stays we've ever had! From the moment we made the booking at The Burrow Pat made us feel incredibly welcomed to her beautiful space. My partner and I stayed here in Dec 2024 for a 3-night stay at the end of our Kenya trip visiting from the UK and it was simply wonderful! We had a few travel issues on the day of arrival but Pat was always at hand to make sure we had a smooth check in and she spent time with us upon arrival allowing us to feel right at home and settled. It was like hanging out with a long time friend. The house is very homely and is exceptionally maintained. It's an oasis within the vibrant Watamu and a great place to unwind after a long day of beach lounging and sight seeing adventures. The place is secure and we had a care taker on hand at all times which made us feel even more comfortable. 3 days wasn't enough and we wish we could have stayed longer, this will be our go to place whenever we visit Watamu! Georgevik was a very good and responsive host. He has a very good place in Busia with an equally good secure compound which has adequate parking. We enjoyed our stay.

The cottage is in a beautiful location,very scenic and peaceful. Emma gave us a warm welcome and helped us settle in. We enjoyed relaxing mornings on the verandah and took a walk around the neighbourhood. It's a very family friendly place with ducks including a vegetable farm to explore. We will definitely be back to visit!

We had a fantastic time at Thomas's place. Communication prior to the visit was great, she ensured everything was set before our arrival. The staff, what amazing souls! They took really good care of us during our stay. The house is well maintained, from the rooms and out on the pool you can seethe ocean, such a magnificent view. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the house, I loved this section of the beach as we were all alone. It really is a great place for one to just get away and relax.

The house from Esmond was very nice and clean. It was very big and had more than enough beds for 10 people. The communication with Esmond was very easy and fast. The house girls were also very nice and friendly. Even though the house is located a bit outside from the town I can really recommend the house. We really enjoyed!

Victor was extremely accommodating and flexible when we booked his accommodation at the very last minute. He supported with the check in and with us finding the place, and everything was set for us to stay for the night. We forgot some items at the house when checking out and also here victor really helped out by quickly tracing the items and getting them back to us. The house is pleasant, and has all the amenities you need for a stay. Will recommend!
