Beautiful home and very quaint town. The home and backyard were gorgeous and there’s a great restaurant or two a few minutes walking away. Very drivable to downtown Sonoma which was super nice.

We really enjoyed our stay, very private and quiet. Great location among the wineries of northern Sonoma County. Kitchen was great, and we enjoyed the fireplace every evening. Thank you!

Robin’s house was lovely and everything was as described. We had a great weekend and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, well equipped kitchen and the hot tub. Robin was super responsive and communicative, the instructions and check-in/check-out were easy and quick!

This was ideal home for we five friends looking to enjoy wine tasting, great restaurants, shopping, cooking in-house, spacious rooms. Large attractive table for meals; cozy kitchen nook with afternoon sun; living room ideal for relaxing and playing charades. For the reasonable extra fee, we enjoyed the warm pool in cold winter. Beds were comfy-so important. Nice to have the 2 bathrooms. Located just under 2 miles from Sonoma Plaza and close to local wineries. Nearby- outstanding Sonoma Market for fresh everything. Quick communication from host.

We enjoyed a lovely stay for a quick ladies’ trip to wine country. The home was cozy and had lovely decor. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully stocked and looked perfect for eating in if needed. We accidentally got locked out once and Stewart helped us get squared away immediately so everything was nice and smooth. Being quite pregnant at the moment, I really appreciated the number of supportive pillows available! I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area. Very walkable and lots of nice food options. Stewart had great recommendations that we really enjoyed.

The place was just what we were looking for. My family enjoyed the house, hot tub, and quiet surrounding. It was a long walk or short drive to the main area of Guerneville which was fun to explore. Griselda was very responsive and provided perfect instructions.

Great find in Sonoma! Well located with easy walks but in a peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of space for our four women on a girls’ trip!

This spacious home was perfect for our family get together. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Deer, wild turkeys and even a burro wandered around. While this house would be great in the summer with its nice pool, large hot tub and outdoor kitchen, being here in the fall was amazing. The tree colors were gorgeous. It’s situated on a large lot next to woods but is still close to the shops & markets in charming downtown Sebastopol. It’s tailor-made for multi-family meetups, with two distinct, private wings with separate bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities. The amenities are first class. There are extremely comfortable beds, beautifully appointed bathrooms and one of the best-stocked kitchens we’ve ever experienced. And if you want to enjoy movies, the entertainment center has a first-class video and audio system with plenty of streaming . Dave and Julien were excellent, accommodating hosts. Not only do we highly recommend this home. We’ll absolutely be returning.

Casa Sophia was exactly as described. My wife and I stayed for about two weeks with our four-year-old. The house accommodates kids very well. The living room with stove was a joy to hang out in over the holidays. It's one of the only AirBnB kitchens I've enjoyed cooking in as it basically has all the equipment needed and plenty of space. Even the knives were sharp. We couldn't take advantage of the outside area as much as we would have liked since it rained almost the entire stay, but it is gorgeous and hanging out in the hot tub on a sunny morning sipping coffee watching mist peel off the redwoods was a highlight for me. Quick drive to Guerneville, 20 minutes to the coast and a half-hour to Santa Rosa. We went on walks all over the neighbourhood as well. The neighbours are friendly and lots of dogs to greet. All three of us were very sad to leave. It was a great home.

What an exquisite home! One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. The home is so thoughtfully and tastefully appointed; it feels like a place a real person put together rather than a personality-less rental property. The kitchen truly is a chef's kitchen. The interiors are spaces and great for group hanging out. The fire places work perfectly and so does the heating system for such a big house. The master bedroom and the master bathroom are to die for. It was such a fantastic value. We couldn't believe our good luck and kept remarking on the house all weekend.

I cannot say enough about David’s place! It was comfortable and the perfect homebase for exploring Sonoma county. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The deck was amazing. Everything was very clean and the linens and bed were so comfy and cozy. The hosts have thought of everything and I felt right at home.

Loved it enjoyed it love that the heater women’s up really quick has available and great neighborhood very quite and peaceful great space and chicken has great essentials .

Great cozy cottage near a gourmet grocery store (Oliver's), easy access to 101, and centrally located for Sonoma wine country. Always a great home away from home when visiting family in Windsor.

Exactly as pictured, beautiful AirBNB. Every room in the house has an ocean view and the panoramic view from the living room / great room is absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very well stocked, the laundry was whisper quiet and my wife and 2 year old daughter loved the big bath tub with the ocean view - they even got to spot a family of deer from the window. Beds were all pristine and very comfortable. The spa / hot tub room is also stunning with full ocean views. Game room is a great addition though it can get a little chilly (converted garage). Cell signal in Dillon Beach is spotty but WiFi was very strong. Plenty of parking - we fit five cars in the driveway. Highly recommend staying here.

This is our 2nd stay at this property because we loved it so much. Gina is one of the best hosts we've ever had - incredibly responsive and flexible. I highly recommend this property and Gina as a super host!

This is the second time we had a family Christmas at April's place. It is very roomy, and that table is absolutely amazing!!! Kitchen is fully stocked and easy to work in. Easily accommodates 3 people working together. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great too. There are some goats on the property, was fun to watch them graze. Also, there is a walking / biking trail that passes right by the property. Great to stretch your legs and contemplate the beauty of the area. We had been there before, so had no problem finding the place. The first time was a bit confusing since you need to enter the winery's driveway and drive up to the house. Overall, a great place, which is why we went back!

What a perfect place for a weekend getaway. We were 8 women celebrating a birthday. While it rained the entire visit, it was the perfect place to be snuggled in together. Some managed a walk among the redwoods in the neighborhood, others rested on the spacious couch, and others made art at the dining table and chatted with the folks cooking in the kitchen. The two bathrooms worked for sharing among us at unplanned and staggered times. The kitchen was largely well-appointed and a pleasure to cook in (no crockpot, salad tongs, batter spatula, pie server); cupboards and drawers were well-labeled and a selection of coffee, tea, spices were available (no olive or cooking oil when we were there). We didn't use the back deck but it looks like great fun for a sunny weekend to BBQ, play darts, and hang out. Beds were reportedly firm but not uncomfortably so. Water pressure was great (at least in shower in primary bathroom). Plenty of games and warm touches. We'll be back.

Thank you Erik for being a welcoming and responsive host. Grateful for this respite on such short notice (evacuating from LA fires) . The house was beautiful, spacious and as calmingly designed as the pictures. Well equipped with everything needed as well as other thoughtful touches. Would come back to stay here if life brings us back to the bucolic surroundings of Sonoma.

Loved our stay at Julia's. The house has nice vineyard views, gets lots of sunlight, and the location is quite tranquil. Julia is super responsive and warm.

We had a great visit at this house. The house was very clean, organized, and it worked well with two families. The kitchen had lots of cooking supplies, and the beds were comfortable and cozy. The location in Bodega Bay was perfect, and the view from the back deck was beautiful! The bonus game room in the garage with a ping pong table and shuffle board was an added surprise, and fun for the kids! Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this house and would highly recommend it!

A beautiful location with amazing views of the coast and sunsets. You can walk to the beach or a 10 min drive to Bodega Bay. Very convenient. The house is modern and easy to live in for a few days. We will return for another visit!

Pia's house is a real gem. It's clean, quiet, well-appointed, and well-located in a peaceful, rural area that's also a very short drive to the main parts of Sonoma. Pia did a great job of communicating with us -- from setting expectations and answering questions prior to our stay to quickly responding to communications while we were there. Highlights of the house included really comfortable beds with pristine linens (a treat in a rented property!). It was rainy and while we were there, so the backyard wasn't super accessible, but it seemed like it would be nice if you're there when the weather is better. Neighboring houses are close, but we didn't hear any noise at all from them.

The Retro Retreat was so perfect for our extended weekend stay exploring Sonoma and Napa. It was clean, comfortable, and the natural lighting from the windows made the space really open up and was enjoyable to relax in each morning. There were plenty of amenities available for whatever was needed, and the hosts even left a welcome bottle for us to enjoy. This trip had meant a lot to me, and I’m grateful that Josette and Dave provide their airbnb at such affordable rates so that families and friends of all walks of life can participate in the beauty that the Sonoma and Napa area have to offer.
