Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kent

An amazing spot to stay and experience Seattle. Close to downtown sites, arena and stadiums. Walkable to cute coffee and donut shops. Insane views of Elliot Bay, Puget Sound, sunsets and ferries. Wonderfully set up with 4 bedrooms and tons of separate hangout space and that top deck, OMG! Perfect hangout space with a covered roof, heaters and fire pit - perfect to keep you warm and dry in Seattle winter weather. We’re Seattlites that hosted family from out of town here 10/10 would do it again. Telling all my friends!

Ken is a good host. He was very responsive. The house was clean and tidy. The beds were nice and comfortable. We had an enjoyable weekend away

The Luna Park Bungalow was absolutely stunning. A simple, private, and clean stay with a beautiful view of the Seattle Skyline. The hosts, Danielle and Micah, are very accommodating, and quick to respond in the event we needed anything or had any questions. 12/10 if that were possible! Beautiful cottage with a beautiful view of Alki beach and the Olympic Mountains. The hot tub was a true delight. Inside, the house is cozy, well designed and very comfortable. It was a great place for staycation.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our pups as we were visiting family in the area over the holidays. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and very private. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings, and were very comfortable. Angela added very thoughtful touches throughout the house, for us and for the pups. This is a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Karen was very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. She provided helpful recommendations of local activities and restaurants. Her place was very cozy and peaceful. Just the getaway my husband and I needed to relax and recharge.

Great house with lots of amenities and games for the kids. Beatiful views to the water and can see Seattle if the sky is clear. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Would recommend for a nice quick getaway for the family. The house has very clear instructions for everything and great local recommendations.

Felt right at home. The home was nice and clean, and my little one was pleasantly surprised by a few fun toddler friendly books and toys! Xuan was responsive with any questions I had from beginning and check in to check out. Thanks again, for the stay :)

We had a fabulous stay! The home is so beautifully decorated and has everything we needed to feel at home and more! The hot tub Jacuzzi has the million dollar view-the iconic space needle and the city -especially at night! It’s also well maintained and very easy to get in and out. It’s a perfect place to end each of our 4 days in Seattle-w warm bath of water to soak in and a view!! I used the yoga/meditation studio 2 of the morning to sit and meditate a little before my family was up to get some alone time in and that was really nice. We ate at some of the restaurants Ivo recommended and they were all very good. Most nights we ate in because we enjoyed the view from the big windows from the kitchen counters so much! The complimentary Nespresso each day was a plus! Area is very safe we could take walks alone. It’s also very quiet. We all slept well. Parking was also super easy. I’d love to return and stay here as it felt like going away to retreat!

Seayes was super nice to us, and made sure that we felt right at home. The place is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, simply lovely. Would definitely recommend staying with them!

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Everything was perfect at cabin fever. Tonia was a wonderful host and such a genuine soul. the surrounding woods is so quiet and private, and the hot tub was perfect. Very well put together instructions on how to find the cabin. Easy check in and out. Very comfortable on the inside also. Stay here if you are in the area. You will not regret it. Looking forward to coming back !

Incredibly charming tiny home cabin very close the Vashon amenities. The interior decor and supplies are so thoughtful, beautiful, and carefully curated. Worth staying just for that! It's very compact, especially the bed loft, but it's all so nicely done. The wood fired hot tub was amazing, once we got the hang of it. Their is a road close by and some occasional vehicle noise but it's not a problem at all. Also, the host's house is very close by but it's well screened and private and not a problem at all. We never even noticed them. A very fun adventure, so glad we did it, but honestly it's so small, that we probably wouldn't need to stay there again, but we still highly recommend it! Super fun! The host were so responsive and helpful, and clearly they put their heart and soul into making this cabin a special place to stay. Go there!

Such a perfect place for a restorative girls weekend. We loved the hot tub and sauna along with the lakefront view. Easy to get to things nearby and wonderful amenities provided at the home. Beds and couch were very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would recommend!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, and the private dock was amazing—even in the winter. Having a park next door was a great bonus, and the home itself had such a fun and whimsical layout. The bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful travel/stay guide with local recommendations on things to do and places to eat. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add some full-length mirrors. With five girls and only two small mirrors in the bathrooms, they would have been really helpful! The only thing we didn’t love was the security camera on the back porch. While we understand the need for the Ring doorbell on the garage and front entrance, it would have been nice to fully relax and enjoy the beautiful deck and lake without wondering if someone was watching. That said, Collin was incredibly responsive and even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was stocked great amenities, and we truly felt at home!

Perfect for a quiet getaway. Beautiful views, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was initially not working when we arrived, but the host was responsive and rebooted it. The Wi-Fi is very slow (~15mbps) , so I would use caution if you need to get work done here. That may have been a one-off issue though, and may be a function of the house being fairly remote. The firewood in the shed was wet, but we just bought some from the corner store, not a big deal. Enjoy the hot tub!

We had a great stay and this magical little house! There are so many artistic details inside. I did a lot of cooking so I appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We stayed over New Year’s Eve in hopes of escaping the loud city and although there were some nearby fireworks it was nothing in comparison to what it would’ve been at home. Our dogs appreciated the quiet too!

I spent a long weekend at the Burke Bay A Frame with a group of friends. We loved the solitude and privacy of the space. The house is beautiful, well kept, super clean, and fully stocked with amenities. The claw foot tub was glorious, as was the hot tub by the water. The pellet stove kept the place toasty and the chickens even gifted us with eggs! This place is a true gem! We’d love to come back again!
