I could not ask for any more from a host, Thodoris was so passionate about his job, adaptable, friendly and caring. Kalymnos, for me, is an utterly beautiful island. To stay in this property felt like luxury to go with it. As soon as the door is closed you feel like you’re in your own little world. It couldn’t be cleaner and fresher. The view from the 2 balconies was stunning and I cannot wait to go back. Thodoris will go out of his way to ensure a relaxing stay with anything and everything you need. a very calm and peaceful house as in the photos. The front yard is even wider than it looks in the photo. You can wake up in the morning watching the sunrise:) We pay a lot of attention to the kitchen while we choose the house and we had all our needs in this kitchen. If you decide to stay in Bodrum, you are at the exact right address. Ms. Nihan's hospitality made us have a magnificent experience by anticipating all the problems you need with her sparkling house. We were very pleased with the centrality of the location of the house, on the other hand, being isolated despite the central location. We were able to have a very nice family holiday. All kinds of needs were considered down to the finest detail, it was within walking distance to the sea, and it was extra fun to enjoy the pool, a lush garden, a house that was thoughtfully designed with the sounds of birds. I would like to thank Ms. Nihan very much, I recommend that they do not miss this nice accommodation for those who come to Turgutreis.

Super nice contact, cool appartement with an awesome view over city and countryside. The large terrace and a grill round up a place I can highly recommend.

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

We loved our stay, felt at home immediately. The veranda area was wonderful, enjoyable and spacious for entertaining cousins who stopped by to visit. To be so close to Drossos restaurant was fantastic, as their food is so delicious and the brothers are so welcoming . it is obvious from the cleanliness and the well supplied kitchenware that it is a well thought out Air B&B . We highly recommend that anyone wanting a place to stay on wonderful Pyli should choose this one.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

Omer’s place was an absolute dream! The house was even more incredible than it looked in the photos and had everything we needed. The location was the perfect base in Yalikavak and convenient to other parts of the island - we rented a car and explored so much. We were very comfortable during our stay and Omer was a great host who made the best local recommendations! There was an issue with water supply in the region our first night, but Omer fixed it immediately and we were so impressed with his responsiveness. I can’t wait to return to Bodrum and stay at Omer’s place!

Fantastic Villa! Breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. We were a group of 11 and had the most amazing weekend. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and the owner is fabulous and very accommodating and made us feel at home from the first minute.

We really love this place, except the house location is good to enjoy the invincible beauty, inside is also very new, everything feels like home away from home.We bought firewood and used the fireplace at night.So we went from staying three nights to five.Because I love it here too much

The view and the house are breathtaking, and the host is super helpful. They arranged transportation for us and took us to a market right after we checked in. They are very friendly and let us stay there later than the standard checkout time. There are just a few misunderstandings about the five beds. There are not five bedrooms; one room doesn’t have a view and is outside the other rooms. Make sure you’re getting enough stuff you might need from the market. The location is inconvenient for getting water, food, and drinks. The hotel next door was able to sell us some water and wine, but since we were not their guests, they weren’t happy about it. This is the type of house that you would want to spend all day in. I will be back again!

We had the most amazing time here! The view is absolutely stunning, we spent so much more time at the house than we initially thought. Inoula was very communicative and had a solution for everything. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to spend a trip away!

Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Ahmet is the most helpful landlord I've met so far! We were 7t (2 families) in Ahmet's house- with the most beautiful views of Bodrum! The house is very well maintained, the pool & terrace a place both to have fun and to relax! We got a rental car with Ahmet's support (parking at the house) and were on a beach exploration tour daily before going on city exploration in the evening for any hours by the pool! The house has the separate bedroom with private bathroom, at ground level to the pool/terrace, as well as a toilet in the main house, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with wonderful views and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is very spacious! The terrace offers shade spots! So if Bodrum, then with Ahmet and Valerie- a courteous and very polite couple of landlords! Absolutely recommended as a retreat and enjoyment point and Bodrum is this house!

Sait was the most gracious airbnb host i have worked with yet. Ever prior to arriving to his beautiful home he was super communicative and helpful, even helping offer transportation and other reservations.
