Marcia’s place was spotless and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, from essentials to small touches that made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a hassle free and enjoyable experience.

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

Julia’s home was well appointed and in great condition. Whomever did the makeover did a fantastic job. Appliances were new and everything worked as expected. To some this would not be important but the showers had great water pressure. The third floor bedroom was great for privacy and a spot to get some work done. We would love the opportunity to come back and visit.

Just what we needed for visiting family for a belated holiday get together in January. Could walk to the beach easily, so in the summer it would be prefect for a beach trip. Easy to find and check in, clean, comfortable and stocked with basics.

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

This was our second time staying here. Jean is a fantastic host. Very responsive gives clear instructions. Place is spacious and clean. Jean leaves delicious snacks and water which is awesome after a long trip to get here. We will be heading back to NJ in late March for a 3/29 and we are hoping this place is available. Best Air BNB we ever stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Micaela was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect!! We enjoyed the privacy, tranquility, and especially the wildlife on property. Our dogs were comfy and loved walking the neighborhood. This is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Everything is nearby and only takes a short drive or quick Uber ride. We will definitely want to return here for our future visits.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and made a ton of memories that we will cherish forever. The host was amazing!! The house was clean and we felt right at home. We loved having the pool and the option for outside dining. Already working on planning our stay for next year!

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved staying in Dianna's place. She offers a ton of space for such an affordable price, and taking the PATH into NYC makes it so much more economical staying in Hoboken rather than in the city. The kitchen had all we needed so we were able to cook several meals and save money there. It felt like home staying in Dianna's place and it was such a nice escape after a long day of bustling, hectic NYC. My only very small complaint is that the sheets had some dirt and sand or something similar in them when we first got into bed on the first night. Other than that, totally perfect! We will absolutely be coming back to this exact spot and recommend it to anyone looking for their next NYC/Jersey spot to stay. Thank you Dianna!

We had a wonderful stay at Bertran’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Bertran went above and beyond by providing snacks, water, and coffee, which was such a nice touch and made us feel right at home. Meeting Bertran in person was a pleasure; he’s friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location is fantastic, with a bus stop right next to the apartment, making it super convenient to get around. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again.
