We had a really nice stay at Givi’s place. The views are breathtaking and the location is great as well. Would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip later this year.

During the snow, the cottage was something out of the movies! It is absolutely magical with a large yard that gets covered in snow while being surrounded by huge snow-topped mountains. The cottage itself is wonderfully equipped with everything one might need and it was a joy to stay in. The man who checked us in and out (sorry I forgot your name) was FANTASTIC and very helpful. At first, he seemed a bit aggressive in chat, but when we met him, we understood that the translation makes it seem so. In reality, he was lovely, kind, funny and very welcoming! Thank you both for the amazing stay! P.S if you are coming in snow season, please note that there are no tracks or paths for you to take a car inside. We got stuck in snow twice as everywhere was snow-covered and we fell into 2 ditches.

The place exceeded our expectations ! It’s a beautiful little cabin near Kazbegi…Alexi helped us with local recommendations and also adjusted to our late check out from her place… Overall great experience !!!

The location is in 10-15 walking distance from the bus station, unfortunately the closest Tbilisi street is under rebuild, but that’s nothing Lia can de about 😁 so the stay has wonderful view, if lucky enough you will see Kazbeg peak. Water is hot and pressure is fine, tap water is drinking, supermarkets, pharmacies are in walking distance. Lia also prepare breakfasts and lunches (but we didn’t try). Please, keep in mind there is no kitchen in the suit, but there is a bbq area that’s possible to use. Generally; I loved the stay and Lia is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate. Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

It’s a very cozy apartment in one of the best locations in Gudauri. The place is very quiet and the views are just incredible. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the balcony. Really enjoyed spending my evenings with a cup of tea there. German is a great host. He answered to all my questions, gave me some advices and travel tips, and was here to help me with every issue that I had. If you want to create the memories that last, I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

Alexei is a great host. we had booked the wrong date and ne was very flexible in letting change it. he helped us finding our way around and was always super responsive to our questions and requests. thank you for your grant hospitality!

Stayed here for a week as a group of 6, which was very doable. Great access to the pistes, ground floor balcony useful for leaving wet snowboards to dry.

Comfortable stay and one of the better priced ones in Gudauri that offered two rooms since a separate bedroom was crucial for us as we were with a baby and a kid. The block is also away from the din and clamour of blaring speakers and loud ski-doos so it’s peaceful and calm and a comfortable short walk to the Gondolas. One of the nicer restaurants in Gudauri - Hee Haw Gastro bar / is also just downstairs when we needed a break from cooking.

Very nice place to live in Gudauri. The lift is close to the accommodation (about 5 minutes by foot). Two grocery stores, currancy exchange, restaurants are located here. Highly recommend. Good location.

We had a great stay at this chalet , the place was fantastic & we felt at home. The host were responsive. The place was very private & we would love to come back in the future.

The apartment was beautiful and new. Everything was super clean and it smelled really nice there. Pictures match the description of the apartment. It’s walking distance to the ski lift, app 3 minutes walk. Anything we needed was in the surrounding. It’s a great place worth visiting. Highly recommended!

Nice house, very compact, but everything is in the house, however it is convenient for a company of 4 people. The location from the lift is convenient in 10 minutes, back from the mountain they came on the slope almost to the house, there are restaurants and small shops nearby, you had to take a taxi to the lower Gudauri to the big store. The hostess is very helpful, helped with our luggage before the evening transfer.

Good location and cozy place, near to supermarket and gondola. The host is very helpful, I will choose again if visit gudauri again.
