The apartment is small, just right for two to spend the night. A good place to stay for a short time. There is a private sector around, but there are several large shopping centers within a 20-minute walk. The owner is wonderful, always in touch

The place is clean and the apartment is larger than the pictures. We rested a lot and the owner of the apartment and dude, and you can stretch on your day of travel until the time of the trip. We thank the owner of the apartment for the upscale treatment

Symbat is a great Host... The apartment is very cozy with Beautiful Mountains and River view... We had a great stay. It is at a walkable distance from Sairan metro. The apartment is well guarded and has good security system. Very Peaceful place with great amenities. The place has 24*7 grocery shop as well. Symbat was very helpful at all the times. She helped us with everything. Symbat is definitely a great host...We hope to stay here again... 😊

Apartment in a new house, on the very bank of the river

There's hardly a better place you can find in Pavlodar. It is just like in the photos. The apartment is spotless, the mattress is comfortable, the view is incredible. We haven't heard any neighbours, no one bothered us. The location is the best in Pavlodar, as the whole life here is built around the quay. It was noisy outside sometimes due to concerts, but nothing a closed window couldn't fix, sometimes we actually enjoyed the music. Whatever is going on there stops early, so we had peaceful evenings. The host is the most responsive we've met. Amazed and grateful to have stayed at this place. It is totally worth its price.

Everything was great! Oleg met me at the airport, was very attentive and caring. The apartment is wonderful, looks even better than it appears in the photos. The best part was the presence of a dishwasher😄. Thank you so much! Thanks to you, the vacation was a success ☺️

The apartment corresponds to the photos, the renovation is tasteful, the panoramic window overlooking the sea made its choice for me, the only thing to keep in mind is that this is a Soviet hostel with an appropriate elevator, entrance, etc., but if not to pay attention to this, the host made what was candy. + the bonus is the Lighthouse! Which adds to the entourage.

Just great, the house itself is a historical landmark (the lighthouse on the top of the building is functional). Apartment is clean, cozy and very comfortable to live in. Has everything you need. The host will provide you with everything you need and more! Will definitely recommend, and come back myself again!❤️
