Very clean space, great location and amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Roz was the best host. She was extremely responsive and gave us tons of local insights and recommendations. The location was perfect to visit Waiema Canyon and also the north shore. We enjoyed the resort feel but also loved being short drives to more remote beaches and hikes. The WiFi was spotty but they were proactive in fixing it. I wasn’t too worried about it as I was mostly enjoying the outdoors!! I’d definitely recommend staying here. The crowd is a little older but there are some families here and there. Again, my boyfriend and I had the best time and will definitely be back!

We loved the island and the resort was very nice and everyone was very hospitable!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and very comfortable. We ate at some great restaurants close by. We also enjoyed seeing the sea turtles sleeping on the beach, beautiful sunsets and a great dinner cruise along the Napali Coast.

We had a wonderful stay at Janet’s condo. No kitchen but the small space provided was perfect. There is a refrigerator & microwave which was nice, and being able to do laundry was a huge plus. Could probably use a new mattress, it was super soft and bouncy. Other than that we had a great stay.

We had a great experience and clearly having a wonderful host like Jonathan makes a big difference. This is our second visit to Kauai and like our first it was fantastic; everything you want from a vacay at the beach, Jonathan’s availability clear and written instructions and information made our first time users of Airbnb easy and great. I highly recommend his “home” to anyone looking for ocean view, comfort, easy and walkable access to beach and so much more!!!! Mahalo

We had a wonderful stay at Manualoha 303 during Christmas and New Years. Our family of four found the condo perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Brennecke Beach, which was fantastic for boogie boarding, and Poipu Beach, ideal for our younger children. The availability of beach gear, including a boogie board and chairs, was a thoughtful touch that made our beach days even better. The property was tidy and clean, with a nice outdoor area where we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The two nearby pools were fantastic, and we made great use of the athletic club’s tennis courts—so easy to access. Communication with Koloa Kai was excellent—fast, responsive, and very helpful, which made the rental process smooth and stress-free. The proximity to the airport and other amenities was very convenient. While the unit was comfortable overall, air conditioning would have been appreciated during the late afternoons and evenings on a few warmer days

Spectacular location with an unparalleled view for whale watching and tranquility . Listening to the waves at night was a highlight . Beautiful and well equipped place with cooler , hiking poles , beach chairs , and binoculars to see the whales close up , etc . Very comfortable bed also . Would stay again in a heartbeat . .

Great stay in paradise-family of 6 ranging in age from 20-90years! Enjoyed Hanalei for surfing and swimming and Anini beach fro snorkeling. Cooked every morning and night (and sometimes lunch too). Well stocked kitchen. Grabbed food at Safeway on way in-and at foodland as well. Great amenities (bikes, surf board, chairs, snorkels). Loved the lanai with so many birds around! And Joel was fabulous! Mahalo!

Loved the beautiful location and all of the beach gear: towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, life vests, and sand toys. Hanalei Bay is so close, which is our favorite beach. Thank you Victoria!

We had a great time at this location! John’s place had everything we needed and more. We are huge beach goers so the 3 beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were utilized nearly every day we were there. The place was very large and had plenty of space for our family of three to relax, wind down and do all of the things we wanted to do. We sat by the pool a couple days but didn’t use it much as there were such great beaches nearby. Good communication from the owner. I think the only thing for us was the king bed was pretty soft; we are used to sleeping on firm mattresses.

Jolie and Stephen provided clear instructions about the checkin process and were responsive to answer our questions before our trip. The property is lovely and well organized. All lights, remote controls, etc. were clearly labeled. The kitchen was well equipped and organized too. We had a pleasant stay here.

Our stay at Juliana’s Princeville home was absolutely fantastic ! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like home. The tastefully decorated interiors, comfortable beds and the fully stocked kitchen which made cooking meals a breeze. There is even a Vitamix for making homemade pina coladas!Juliana was incredibly responsive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our vacation was truly unforgettable. We had a small issue with one of the toilets, after contacting Juliana on a Sunday the plumber was there to fix the problem in less than an hour! This is the kind of Airbnb experience that sets the bar high - we can't wait to return!"

We spent a wonderful week here. The home was better than the pictures - very well appointed. We loved both the indoor and outdoor living areas - plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. We walked to Princeville town center for groceries and ice cream and enjoyed the many nearby beaches. Highly recommended!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here at Vicki’s cottage. Everything is just as described and photos are accurate. It is a cute space at the corner of a busy street but nonetheless, still felt very private and spacious. The place was very clean and stocked. I loved the fact that the parking is just outside the cottage and felt like a very safe area. A lot to do in the area surrounding this space which is a bonus, plenty of things nearby and just a five minute drive away. Would recommend this place to anyone who is considering it! The host is very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Definitely would book again. Mahalo Vicki!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here—easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced! Everything about this home was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was amazing, and the stunning surroundings made our stay even more special. The photos truly don’t do it justice! We especially loved the outdoor space and lanai, where we spent so much time relaxing. The backyard, filled with fruit trees like orange, avocado, and lemon, was such a unique and delightful touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

Amazing stay in Koloa, great location and super convenient! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on the south shore. Instructions were very clear, lovely short walk to the beach, safe and quiet neighborhood. Jake was responsive and kind when we had some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay in this home and definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Great house, spacious, comfortable. As others have said, it does get quite warm inside in the afternoons, but the lanai always had a breeze. Besides, we came to Kauai in January to be warm! And the multiple fans worked great. Bonus (and I hate to jinx it!): somehow there were no roosters in the neighborhood! One small complaint, both bathrooms are en-suite so it was a bit complicated with our multi-generational family. But we worked it out. Would definitely stay again.
