The place is located right at Patong and is at walking distance from Bangla walking street. There’s a lot you can do with a 5 min walk. Saurav was amazingly helpful and helped us with local tips.

Oceana it is in a very good location. Close to everything. The apartment has all what you need. Paul always helps it you need something. 100% recommended.

Cocos place was great. 7/11 around the corner making it convenient and the room was clean and smelt lovely! Quick and responsive host, would love to come again.

Yoyo is great host, condo is great with all the amenities available and walkable distance to patong beach, bangla road and best thing is deck patong has great view of mountains from top floor and very nice pool

apartment quit old, but seems like in the middle of renovation. Something is new (like kitchen), smth is old (most of the furniture, repainted) We like the residence , where the apartment is located, it's very green and private. Responsive host Good price for this deal, I guess. especially during high season

Our stay was great! The apartment had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The owner was responsive to our requests and always ready to help. We were also happy to check in early, which was very convenient since we arrived in the morning. The location is good—there is a laundry and a large supermarket nearby, and a big shopping mall is just a 15-minute walk away. Would definitely recommend this place!

Ric was absolutely amazing – he spent nearly an hour with us during check-in, making sure we understood everything and answering all our questions. Super responsive and helpful at any time during our stay. The villa itself is in an ideal location: just outside Patong (less than 5 minutes by car), so it's quiet and peaceful but still close to everything. There’s a great coffee shop, a restaurant, and a convenience store right next door – super convenient. The pool was unreal, and the view from the villa was next level. Sitting up on the hill, you get a full view over Patong – both sunrise and sunset were absolutely breathtaking. Daily cleaning, fresh towels, bottled water... everything was spotless and really well looked after. We had the best time and would go back in a second. Highly recommend this place! Hard to make a review on this exact listing, since we had booked it but ended up getting an upgrade last minute! Beautiful place close to a lot of delicious food stalls and easy to get elsewhere in Phuket. Baitoey was so friendly, helpful, and professional while still being personable. (Only thing we didn’t like had nothing to do with Baitoey’s place, or our experience at the beautiful Airbnb!) However the location it was had a swimming pool which was not taken care of at all- water was murky and had a terrible smell, didn’t see any kind of chlorine or cleaning. So if you care to swim, be mindful of pool conditions, but if you want a super clean place with beautiful views, patio, comfortable bed, and nice kitchen, it’s the place you should be!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly located—close to attractions but still quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made the stay even better. Everything, from the comfortable bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, was perfect. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The apartment is worth every penny you spend and only if you can compromise a small room. The view is breathtaking and utterly wowed when I first entered the apartment. It was super clean, exactly as described. Kitchen is loaded with all the needed stuff. The check in for the apartment is a bit tricky. If you have heavy and more number of bags like us, be prepared for the climbing stairs and going down for check in the apartment. Other than that all went superb and I would recommend anyone to stay here without a doubt.

The location was quiet and private, which was great. It's away from the loud crowds. The view from the place was beautiful, too. Additionally, it felt safe with security posted at the front, giving peace of mind during the stay. However, it is on a steep hill next to a busy road, so getting to and from the main area was a bit tricky. If you don’t mind that, it’s a fantastic spot to relax!

Beautiful home. Gorgeous view. Private, relaxing atmosphere. The only downside is that you’ve gotta take a taxi or something into town (5 min)—or it’s like a 20min walk. Not difficult at all, really. Grab and Bolt run 24/7 anyway. You won’t get anything close to this level of luxury and beauty anywhere closer. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 10000000%. Don’t sleep on this beautiful home!

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!
