Villa vacation rentals in Katavolos

We ( 2 adults 2 children 5yrs and 8yrs ) stayed at the villa and we thought for us it was perfect Was much larger than we expected , we had a hire car also we knew that due to the time of year it was out of season so many restaurants were closed yet we had planned just to relax at the villa and the cove below Really enjoyed it , Georgios was always on handy to reply to msgs for advice about the area . Kids loved the pool , was 25 deg all week so perfect All in all we hope to return in the future Many thanks

Amazing place, all rooms equipped with AC. Mosquito nets on every window which you don't find everywhere - Big Plus. Great little restaurant next door fantastics food with fantastic views all around. We will be back !! Thank you for great experience :)

Words cannot do justice the stay that we have had at Avrami for the last 3 weeks. This house is exceptional in every way. It is full of charm, history, beauty, character and luxury. The bedrooms are beautiful and beds so comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything one might need. We have two young (3 and 1) children and they were in heaven throughout our stay- from feeding the donkeys, exploring the woods, riding on bikes in the grounds and swimming in the stunning pool. Nikoleta made us a beautiful breakfast each morning and is the kindest person to have around. She also keeps the house impeccably clean and tidy. Maria, the host, responded so quickly to any need with true professionalism and care. We have had a holiday of a lifetime in this house and will remember it forever. It is perfect for families young or old. There are so many spots for guests to be private but also great communal spaces. This house is a true gem, full of inexplicable magic and love. Thank you xx

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids,lots of space for us all and the bunk rooms fantastic for kids. Views from indoor space looking out towards beach and gardens is a little piece of paradise. As soon as you enter the property you can feel there's something special about it. The furnishings are very tasteful, but comfortable ,and colour scheme calming. We had plenty of space for our group with outside areas for the kids to let off steam as its right on the beach which is amazing, with outside dinning options.perfect for relaxing. We cooked in or found some local places to eat,had walks and just relaxed. Would love to enjoy the hospitality of this villa again at summer,as our time was not long enough and we hope to come back. Fantastic location for a little RnR. Stayed here for my sister’s birthday. Lovely fun time in the perfect location with the most perfect views. It’s remote so hiring a car would be ideal to get to places. There’s a lovely bakery a couple of km up the road with delicious coffee and deserts. Everyone is so friendly. Antonis was a fantastic host, who went above and beyond for us! Excellent service, thank you. If we were to visit Corfu again this would be the place to stay!

I am delighted to be able to recommend Aline and Nikos’s home to stay. Such a wonderful open and spacious home with everything you could need from Kitchen to Bathrooms to Bedrooms. The pool is a great size and a perfect sun-trap, plus shaded areas around the house for cover from the sun should you need it. Wonderfully peaceful and remote enough for privacy whilst also close enough to all areas of Corfu for easy access. You do need a car. As for Aline and Nikos, absolute 5 star hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble who were always very swift to respond to queries and such. They also recommended some very good restaurants in the area. We will hopefully return one day as it was everything i’d hoped for and more.

Dino is a great host, really helpful and proactive. The house is AMAZING. Good location at the bottom of Dassia, easy to walk to restaraunts and the main beach. The private beach at the end of the road is good too. A great space for groups and families. Pool is fab with sunbeads and a bbq. Lots of places to sit in the sun and shade. Rooms were very clean, bright and spacious, to note 2 of the beds are only suitable for children. We were a group of 10 and all had a great time would highly reccomend. Xx

The villa is very quiet, wonderful view of the bay. The room layout corresponds to the pictures and was very nicely divided for 6 people. The pool and the whole complex were very clean, the complex was cleaned twice a week. Our contact person Dimitris was always available to us and very friendly. He gave us good tips for Corfu (supermarket, eating out, etc.) and went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay, thank you!! We felt very comfortable as a family and would come back any time. One more tip for the steep approach: With a lot of momentum it works well :) and at the beginning Dimitris picked us up at the bottom at the junction and guided us up.

The house was pleasant to live in and convenient. The house is located in a quiet environment. The pool and garden are very well maintained. The view of the mountain without immediate vis-à-vis was very pleasant. A big thank you to the lady of service, who was friendly, efficient, and very good tips too. Very good barbecue organized by the other one. This was a lovely experience.

Achilles was so accommodating for our stay. He allowed us to extend our checkout the last day as we had a late flight. The yard was loved by all. Perfectly gated for our 2 year old. Achilles left snacks and food in the kitchen that got us through the first few days. It was such a pleasant surprise. The place was impeccably clean with endless amounts of towels and shampoo. We would stay here again!

Beautiful place, lovely pool. Comfortable beds. Excellent for split or large family as the property is divided into 2 but each apartment is big enough for everyone to be together. Highly recommended this villa for anyone.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Kalami. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the villa was well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the yard was absolutely breathtaking, and the nearby beach was one of the most beautiful on the island, with calm and peaceful waters. Sofia was incredibly responsive and helpful, assisting us with anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back..

If, like us, you're looking for luxury in central Corfu, with high levels of cleanliness and facilities, in a secluded location, but not too far from the action, then this is the place for you. It has probably the largest private pool we've come across, which isn't heated but doesn't need to be, as the Corfu sun ensures it is lovely and warm at all times. You will need a car to get around but, because of its central location, east and west coasts are within easy reach and Aqualand Corfu is just 5 minutes away. Alexis was the perfect host, always on hand to answer our queries, provide recommendations, and also made us extremely welcome with plenty of essentials in the fridge when we arrived. Seriously, what's not to like?!!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Denise. The location is stunning with views out across the bay. The pool was probably a highlight for us of the stay but equally the house was lovely and well kept, plenty of space with lots of things to make our stay comfortable. There were a couple of times where we wanted to check things and there was always someone we could text and they would respond straight away which was also reassuring. Would definitely recommend and thank you for a lovely stay!

A wonderful villa that is highly recommended. Dora and Eirini were perfect hosts. On arrival a thoughtful selection of supplies was provided. These were most appreciated. The villa is spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a proper swimming pool that is very secluded. The terrace has amazing views with plenty of shade. Great for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa is around 200m above sea level, reached by a narrow road. This was an experience to drive at first, but we soon became used to it. Overall: 10/10

We stayed with our son and daughter-in-law for 5 days at Stefanie's. The house is absolutely perfectly equipped. It really lacks nothing. We got great restaurant tips from Stefanie and she was always totally helpful. The location of the house is also really good. You are not directly in the hustle and bustle of the village and can still walk to everything quite well. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend Stefanie and her house.

Directly on the beach with a private pool, garden with incredible olive trees, and parking…need I say more? We stayed 4 nights in March during the off season, it could not have been more quiet and peaceful. The home is the quintessential beach house with everything that my family needed, simple, clean, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting under the pergola by the pool listening to the waves. Communication with Spiros was easy and quick. Something to note during the off season, everything in this village was closed for the season, as were many amenities on the island. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Corfu.

We had such a great stay here! The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed, but the highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the sea—it was even better than we expected. We loved waking up to that every morning! The host was super friendly and made check-in easy. The location was perfect, close to many beaches, mountain villages and totally peaceful. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Spiros and his family were great hosts and very helpful. We had a great stay here and would definetly come back again. Property was very clean and exactly as described him and his family are always trying to help in anyway possible. The food is also unreal opposite which his family also runs so a must visit whilst staying at the villa. 10 minute walk to the beach with many restaurants and bars along the way and 15-20 minutes into sidari. The villa is is situated in a very peaceful, private area. Thankyou very much for a great stay!
