Stayed as a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Philip's place is a spacious house within walking distance to several key highlights of Fukuoka including Tenjin and Canal City. Place was clean, and we had no issues with the stay whatsoever. Would rebook!

I was looking for a place for a family of 5 to stay, and I happened to visit a listing in Masasang, and I was so satisfied. He was fluent in Korean, so we were able to communicate without any problems, and Masasang helped me make a reservation at a local restaurant, so I was able to eat at a restaurant called Yakiniku, which is a once in a lifetime experience.. It was a trip with my parents, and thanks to Masasang, my parents loved it so much! Masasang helped with the pickup to the airport, took me to nearby tourist spots to take pictures, and It was such a happy experience. If you ask me what was the most fun in Fukuoka, I can answer that I had delicious ramen and French toast while talking with Masasang. Of course, since the accommodation is spacious, it's not very close, about 20 minutes on foot from Hakata Station and 30 minutes from Tenjin, but I'm very happy that a family of 5 can use 1 room per person. The kitchen and dining area are on the second floor, and there is a bedroom on the third floor, but the space was separated, so it was really nice. There are several adapters, and everything you need, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foam cleansing, toothpaste, hair dryer, and hair straightener! There is also a TV and Nintendo in the kitchen on the second floor. The bed has a USB port, so you can charge it with a USB cable without a power strip. I think the biggest advantage is that you can communicate comfortably in Japanese and Korean.It's a place that's optimally tailored to Koreans. My parents loved it so much that they want to visit Fukuoka again to see Masasang!

Beautiful, clean home that’s enough room for our group of 5 adults. Check-in was a little rough due to the translation in Airbnb when we asked for early check-in. We arrived at noon, thinking that we could check-in around 11am, then finding out that we can’t check-in early nor drop off bags. After an hour hanging outside the place because we had bags that we can’t lug around, we got to check in early after all. Besides, the rough check-in, we greatly enjoyed the home and location. It’s about 8 min walk to a train station and not too far from many of the places we wanted to see. The home had a nice spacious kitchen and living room, big enough for us to hang out together. The washer and dryer were awesome. We’d definitely consider staying here again when traveling with a group of 4-5 people. Thank you.

Very nice accommodation ~ neat, spacious, with three showers, three toilets; floor heating in the winter, hot water came very quickly, making people feel very comfortable!And the parking space was large, it was easy to get things out of the car ^_^ The host responded very quickly and solved quite a few problems!Highly recommend many people to come together, there is a small disadvantage to drive, a certain distance from the subway station, but there are two parking spaces, so it is also very convenient ~ ~ Next time I come to Fukuoka to continue to choose!

It was very convenient to the city centre, although close to the airport but without airplane noise, it was perfect for re-staying and thanks to the homeowner for their hospitality.

Convenient transportation, 3-4 minutes walk from the bus stop, easy access to Tenjin and Hodo.10 minutes to Gaomiya Station, convenient to Kurumi and Yanagawa. The room is long and old, but there are other daily necessities (toothbrush and toothpaste need to be prepared by yourself). The balcony puts three bins, resulting in no place to dry clothes, but also dry in good weather and easy to dry clothes. Overall, I'm satisfied.

You can reach the accommodation in about 10 minutes on foot from Hakata Station with your luggage. The security is good from the common entrance. I was touched by the delicacy of the accommodation. I was confused to book here again the next time I came with my friends. It was very clean and almost all the items were prepared, so it was really nice! The 24-hour grocery store and convenience store were also close to the accommodation, so I was able to use it all on foot. The response was also very fast, so it was nice to be able to communicate right away. I had a good stay at a good accommodation. I'll use it again next time!!

I'm very satisfied. It's great for a home experience in Japan. Mio's response is perfect and the place is in great condition. However, if you are reluctant to a slightly older house, it is difficult to recommend. Other than that, if you visit once, you'll want to visit again.

we had a great time here in Fukuoka and Tsumugi's appartment offered everything we needed for our trip. Everything went smoothly and we can really recommend this place!

This is a family of 3 (couple, 6-month-old baby) who used the accommodation for 5 nights and 6 days. The accommodation is in the form of an apartment, and since it is a new building, there are not many reviews, so I was worried that I might be scammed, but after checking in, those worries completely disappeared. The host responded quickly and guided me through the PDF file, so I was able to hear detailed instructions by translating English or Japanese. The interior of the accommodation was neat like a new building, and it was nice that it was just there. Of course, due to the nature of Japan, the accommodation was a little small. Still, there was no inconvenience when our family of three used it. (Even if I unfolded one 28-inch carrier, one smaller carrier, backpack, baby stroller, and baby luggage, it wasn't hard to move.) One thing that was unfortunate was that the humidity was so cold that there were droplets of water flowing through the windows and the front door. Still, I'm not just in the house all day because I'm traveling, so you don't have to worry about this. (I turned on the heater in cold weather, so the humidity caught me.) It was nice to have a good place to stay for 5 nights and 6 days. If I come to Fukuoka next time, I will use it again. I don't usually write long reviews like this, but I think there are quite a few people like me who are worried about Airbnb listings before coming on a trip, so I write a long review to help. I wrote it down in a sperm, which is awkward, hoping that it will be a more accurate translation for foreigners. I highly recommend it to Koreans! Especially if it's a house with a baby. It's easy to wash the dishes and put them to sleep. I was sleeping with the baby, so I blocked both the sides of the bed and the top and bottom of the bed and put the baby to sleep on the bed, but I slept really well:) The mattress is not that fluffy, so if you can just turn your head when you sleep, you don't have to worry about breathing! Our couple opened the couch wide and slept on the couch, but it was a little narrow, but we slept comfortably:)

Overall, it was nice that it was clean and the feedback from the landlord was quick. It's a dense area of an apartment complex, so it's a pity that it's a little far from where you play, but it was nice to be close to Nakasu. I recommend it.

The place is simply amazing. This is the first airBnB that provides so much amenities (even make-up remover and facial wash) and even helps us to bring out the rubbish. The host is always responsive and we felt we were in good hands. It’s really suitable for big group like us (11) and we all had a comfortable stay.
