The location and condition of the accommodation were all perfect.

Very clear instructions on how to get to the property. Far enough from the station to make it very quiet and peaceful. Great Japanese style house with individual bedrooms making it easy to have privacy while having a common area to hang out in.

My family of five was looking for a place to stay, and I accidentally visited Martha-san's place, and I was so satisfied. I was fluent in Korean, so I was able to communicate without any problems, and Martha-san helped me book restaurants locally, so I also ate Yakiniku, a restaurant for life..; ( It was a trip with my parents, and thanks to Martha-san, my parents loved it so much! Martha-san also helps me pick you up to the airport, and you can stop by nearby tourist attractions and take photos. It was a very happy experience. If you ask me what was the most fun thing in Fukuoka, I could talk to Martha-san and say that I had delicious ramen and French toast. Of course, as the accommodation is spacious, it is a 20-minute walk from Hakata Station and 30 minutes from Tenjin, but I'm very satisfied that a family of five can use one room for one person. There is a kitchen and dining area on the second floor, and there is a bedroom on the third floor, but it was so nice that the space was separated. There are several pork noses, i.e., transformers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foam cleansing, toothpaste, hair dryer, curling iron, and everything else you need! There is also a TV and Nintendo Wii in the kitchen on the second floor. There is a USB port on the bed, so you can charge it with a USB line without a transformer. I think the biggest advantage is that you can communicate comfortably in Korean with Martha-san.This place is tailored to optimize for Koreans. My parents loved it so much that they want to visit Fukuoka again to see Masa-san!

Sachi's place exceeded our expectations, especially having an exercise room available when the weather outside is below freezing with snow flurries. Her recommendation of a local bakery and deli (Sailer) a half block away turned out to be world class in our humble opinion. Her home had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only difficulty was getting our car in and out of her garage because of the busy street location. Thank you Sachi for allowing us to stay at your place. We definitely want to return.

This is a great place to stay. If I come to Fukuoka again next time, this is the place I want to stay again without ever thinking about it. I liked the accommodation so much that I wanted to live in a house like this.

Thanks for hosting! The place looks even better than the pictures, we love it. The host was very nice to provide us with many different things for infants, such as baby bath tub, toys, baby hangers, etc. The place is clean and comfortable, the parking lot is just outside of the house. There is a sushi place just next door and a 24-hour convenient store opposite to the house. Around 15 mins to the city center, excellent location.

The place is perfect for a family of six! Kids love the house. Though it’s not in the city center but it’s convenient to go to supermarket and also not far to the tourist places. Superb!

The host is very friendly and offers plenty of recommendations of what to do in the city. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a supermarket and a subway station within a walkable distance. The room was clean and had everything I needed during my stay. Recommended.

Convenient transportation, 3-4 minutes walk from the bus stop, easy access to Tenjin and Hodo.10 minutes to Gaomiya Station, convenient to Kurumi and Yanagawa. The room is long and old, but there are other daily necessities (toothbrush and toothpaste need to be prepared by yourself). The balcony puts three bins, resulting in no place to dry clothes, but also dry in good weather and easy to dry clothes. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I can advise anyone to book. Very spacious house, clean, plenty of natural light. Each floor is only 1 house, so that is a lot of privacy. They have everything you might need. If I really have to give 1 min point, that a shoe spoon will be useful.

It was clean, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept really well. I think I'll use it again for my next trip!!

Unit, host, and location are all great! I just hope you would add full body mirror. Will probably stay here again if I’ll come back in Fukuoka.

The place is charming and cozy, offering Japanese living experience. The host is incredibly helpful, and we absolutely loved the kotatsu. We had a wonderful stay here! By the way, please note that the place is quite close to the street, so it can be a bit noisy at night. However, it’s not too bothersome and didn’t affect our overall experience.

It's nice to have 7-Eleven on the first floor of the building. Tenjin and Hakata are a 5-minute walk away, so it's good to go.

The room was kept clean, and it was helpful to have a cotte and toothbrush.The room was more spacious and relaxing than I expected.It was nice to have a service to keep your luggage again. I would like to use it when I come to Fukuoka again.Thank you very much.

Yuki’s place is one of the few places in Fukuoka where we found a spacious accommodation. We traveled as a group of 5 with 1 child and this is the perfect place for our group, we felt right at home. Bus stop is just in front of the loft and near convenience store and other restaurants. Yuki and his other co-host were also responsive and accommodated all our requests. The kitchen is also a full size industrial kitchen, all amenities that you need is readily available. I will surely recommend this place to anyone visiting Fukuoka especially if you are traveling as a family or a large group.

It's not close, but you can walk to all sorts of places. Apart from the fact that the heating is unfortunate in winter, the size of the accommodation is spacious and clean, so I think it is good value for the price.

Overall, it was nice that it was clean and the feedback from the landlord was quick. It's a dense area of an apartment complex, so it's a pity that it's a little far from where you play, but it was nice to be close to Nakasu. I recommend it.

My large family went and used it, and I was very satisfied. There were toys for children to enjoy, and I was very satisfied. There were many beds, so everyone could sleep in the bed. There is a subway station right nearby, a convenience store, and the location was great!! I want to use it again next time
