Charming combination of pine forest and beach. It was fun to visit here.

Hafize was a super host who made us feel very welcome. Although she did not speak English her granddaughter spoke it very well. The apartment is situated in a residential area on the edge of the city centre which is walkable in around 45 minutes. There is also a local bus in to the city and taxis from the centre were about 7 euro. The apartment was very clean with lovely bedding. Most things were provided though there was no TV, coffee machine or wine glasses. The only downside we found was that it could be noisy at times in the night with barking dogs and cockerels. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Overall a fantastic stay.

Probably one of the view places in Golem that are still quite private and cosy. There is a walkway to the nearby beach where you can enjoy the sunset. The apartment is as described. It is clean. Since the house is surrounded by pines and other trees, obviously, be prepared for some mosquitoes. All windows have mosquito protection without any defects. Thus, just keep the door shut to keep the insects out of the apartment and remember to bring some mosquito spray for a relaxed time on the terrace. ;-) Rovena is a super host. Our extra wishes were no issue. The communication is perfect, immediate replies, friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

Very nice and warm welcome from the host. The outdoor courtyard is wonderfully private and spacious. Thought of everything, for example, air conditioning, coffee and anti mosquito! The cottages are 15m from the beach. 2nd shower outside is nice for when you come off the beach.

Dejv was an amazing host, offering us raki at entrance. He informed us in advance of delays and traffic jams in the city and was extremely flexible in meeting us at the villa. The villa is really 'secret', hidden between privacy walls. The area is under construction, but feels extremely safe. The beds, bathrooms and kitchen were great. Swimming pool was great (albeit a bit cold, but that's worth it). He offered us extended check out as well! Very kind and welcoming host all around :)

I definitely recommend it to everyone. the friendliest hosts in the world. I got sick during the trip and the hosts took really good care of me. I wouldn't have been able to enjoy Albania as much if I hadn't received so many good tips. the trip was crowned by the theater where the friendly hosts bought the tickets. thanks for everything and all the best for the future.

A great place, especially after the season - right on the beach and promenade, plenty of restaurants, and any good food. Balcony revelation - comfortable armchairs and sea view and sunset in the evening. Even if you don't leave the house, you use it. At home: super comfy sofa, bed in bedroom, spacious bathroom. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is neat and nice. When we had questions, the owner responded quickly. We rested, it was fun!

High Quality. The entire room was well thought out. I love interior design and everything from the flooring, tiles in bathroom, light in shower, light in closets, curtains, linens, furniture, kitchen items, towels, mattress, pillows… was perfect. They put a lot of thought into designing this space and I appreciate it a lot. The space is comfortable and you will feel safe. Fast WiFi as well. You can easily walk or bike around the city. Food delivery is available & taxis are easy to call. 10/10 recommend

We loved the apartment and the neighborhood! The owner was very nice and helpful. The apartment looked exactly like in the pictures, new furniture, nice design. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. You can take long walks, because the seaside is 2 min away across the street. The are lots of places to eat, many stores and cafes. We truly enjoyed our stay and want to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emi’s place, especially since our little one felt completely at home. Everything is new and very clean. The location is within walking distance to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Emi was excellent at communicating and very helpful throughout our stay. Orest was a fantastic host! He was so helpful with anything we needed support with. I asked lots of questions and he was able to answer everything with clear advice and guidance. He made our stay so peaceful and the place was so beautiful. He took such good care of it and it really made our visit so much more enjoyable. He was incredibly proactive and he even provided a number for taxi’s which made getting around a lot easier. We had a really lovely time and he was even kind enough to keep checking up on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I would really recommend the apartment to anyone travelling to Tirana!
