Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Hello, Mr. İsa was very interested from the beginning to the very end of the reservation. The house was so much more beautiful than it looked in the pictures and really everything in the house was spotless. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. The house was preheated because we had a small baby with us. The temperature in the house was quite good because there was underfloor heating. The pool was also cool, but it was convenient, with a temperature of 32 degrees. We stayed very comfortably with a baby of 8 people. In short, we received a service that we would want to go again. Thank you Mr. Jesus.

First of all, thank you for the friendly face of the host Ms. Arife and for her very supportive approach to everything. Our entrance to the house was easy and fast. The house was much more beautiful as it appears in the photos and even at many points. We stayed with 10 people + 2 children and had no problems. The garden was quite enjoyable for the kids to play. The kitchen had more than all the ingredients. The overall cleanliness of the house was great. The bathrooms and beds were sparkling clean. There is no parking problem, the location is quite central and very close to places such as grocery stores and restaurants.

First of all, thank you very much to Mr. Mehmet. Although we reached at 11:30 pm, thank you forever for communicating with us and waiting for us until late. We had a great quality time with our family friends for 2 nights. The setting of the pool temperature was very nice. We had a great time with the pleasure of the fireplace. The beauty of the garden was beautiful with separate night lights during the day, and the nice conversation with the fire pit in the garden and the Turkish coffee we made late in the night was an invaluable value. Everything was clean and tidy. I recommend you to go with peace of mind.

we had a very nice day. The location is very good, grocery stores are very close. We have provided BBQ supplies from here. The house was warm, the temperature of the pool was also very good. Mr. Gökberk was also very caring. We will be back to stay for longer.

Everything was perfect. Ms. Türkan and her husband welcomed us with a smile. The cleanliness of the house was great to meet every need. Every detail is thought out at home. This is now our new home in Kartepe. & Thank you for everything We'll be back.🤍

The house was quite clean and we felt at home from the moment we first entered. They had enough facilities and space for a large group. The host was open and quick to respond to questions. We were very satisfied, I hope we will come back.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful house and the amazing host. The house was just as represented. Clean, comfortable and large rooms. The backyard was huge. A great place for kids and adults to roam and bike. The pool was immaculate. Cleaned often and perfect for the whole family. The kitty pool was great for the little ones who couldn’t swim and allowed the rest of us to be near them but also enjoy a swim. We held our family reunion here. Looked at many many places but ultimately this house had something for everyone. From my 4 year old to their grandmother. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t go out much we were so comfortable. Whenever we needed anything Hamit went above and beyond the call of duty to help us figure it out. Even surprisingly us with bringing a couple items we had a hard time finding. Will definitely return. Thank you so much Hamit. You made our long awaited family reunion seamless and wonderful.

The house is nicer than the image in the photos. Ms. Sule and Mr. Derya were helpful and responded quickly to our questions. The kids loved the pool and garden. We had a pleasant holiday as a family. Would recommend

Ms. Sezen was very caring and helpful. The villa and garden we stayed in were very nice and met our expectations.

We had a lovely weekend. Mr. Ahmet greeted us with a friendly welcome. The house was as described, the cleaning was very good. When we got home, it was warm and the fireplace was prepared. The warm pool in February was great. I would recommend it to anyone. Endless thanks to Mr. Ahmet.

Ms. Tugba has patiently answered all our questions from the beginning of the process, first of all, thank you very much for this. In addition, the house is the same as in the visuals, and it's really awesome. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Likewise, all other areas are clean and spacious. Don't doubt the temperature, the air conditioners work very well. In short, we were very happy. Ms. Tugba was a great host.

I had one night only. It was great to the point required . Isa was great person and when I requested the late check out he was very flexible. The place was good enough without any negative thoughts.

We had a nice holiday, the house was very sweet, especially at night, it was very fun to turn on the music and watch the view. It was just a little bit of internet, especially at night, and it's useful to buy mosquito medicine.

We came to vacation with my college friends and had a lot of fun. The house is within walking distance of the cable car, there is a grocery store nearby, and the living room and garden of the house were very spacious. So maybe we had one of the best holidays we could do with a lot of numbers like 10 people. Mr. İBRAHİM, on the other hand, answered us instantly in every problem and question. She was very friendly. We also have fun by the fireplace 😎
