A great little cozy place. Christoph was very friendly. The next time I'm in Lietzow, it's this place again.

Top location, quite new apartment with current amenities. The bakery can be reached in a few steps, it is only a few meters to the pier Sellin and the third shuttle bus leaves almost right outside the front door. Within less than 100 m, almost all restaurants of the place are within walking distance. In the house it is very quiet and the underground parking is very practical for those who arrive by car and want to know it safely stored for the time of the stay. You can have a good breakfast on the balcony, even though the view 'goes out to the back'. Tip: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with wellness bathtub) - for two people actually much too big. We (2 people) booked very spontaneously and were very happy to have found such a beautiful place for our vacation at such short notice. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely apartment with short distance to the beach! Visit to Binz and Jasmund National Park in a lovely September was splendid.

It was an extremely successful turn of the year for us. For us, it was the first booking on Airbnb and we were surprised by so much consistency. We were received in a very friendly manner. The place was great, highly recommend it. There is everything you need. There weren't long distances. The beach was 10 minutes walking distance walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment is centrally located in Sellin, so you can quickly get to the pier and beach. The apartment is well equipped and can be used well as an exit point for exploration. Very friendly hostess.

We had a really great stay in Uta's flat. It is typical and perfectly located. Uta was also very responsive to our few questions. To recommend!

The apartment was cozy, everything you needed. Beautiful surroundings directly on the harbor. A few minutes to the hiking trails. Absolutely dog friendly!!! Also welcome for the four-legged friends. Everything worked out. We had a magical weekend on the Baltic Sea even in January. Sauna could even have been used. Perfect!

It was wonderful to be in Monika's place for a few days. By car, you could easily reach Selin, Putbus or Binz. We had a wonderful view of the crane crawl.

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

We are always happy to be on the Baltic Sea over New Year's Eve, every time somewhere else. We liked Sellin and also the apartment very much. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The pier and the beach are within minutes walking distance. Were also in the fish restaurant Skipper, is highly recommended.

I enjoyed the stay very much, everything went smoothly and the apartment was very cozy.

We stayed at the place for 4 days and we didn't miss anything. The place is super central in Binz. Everything was very clean and the equipment of the kitchen (incl. Dishwasher and microwave) a dream that we experience in very few apartments. Hosts are very friendly and flexible. We had requested a crib and not only got that, but also a cute children's towel, children's cutlery and a high chair. This is just a great service. Definitely recommend!

Great hosts, everything works great. Arrived and got a tour where there is something and also visits the sauna and fitness room. The apartment has everything you need and is lovingly furnished, the time was far too short!

Everything was as described. The check in was smooth with key box. We were even able to get in a little early by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We were actually just missing the toaster in the kitchen, and the bed was too hard for me and my wife. We will be happy to come back. We had a nice time.

The room and facility were very clean and modern. It is only about 15 minutes to the beach. Walk. A very nice and large park is right across the street from the property. The free breakfast was delicious and varied. The salt cave at the property costs 20 Złoty. The tourist tax is 33.60 zloty for one week. You can pay euros in the accommodation and also in Swinemünde. Only downside: Unfortunately, German and English skills are not so good. Thanks, I'll be back!

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

Nice - I chose this place because of traveling with a dog. Dogs are allowed throughout the house, I only saw two and therefore that didn't stand out at all. The construction is super new and the apartment looks nicer than on the pictures; especially the kitchen is extremely high quality, not as blue as pictured. Everything is available and four of them. Great to find a vacuum cleaner, mop, beach chairs and more at this place, which I never thought. The underfloor heating keeps everything nice and warm in winter, a well furnished balcony with green views is great for relaxing. Within walking distance it is one block to the sea, parking (paid) is in front of the house and the area is pleasantly quiet. There are some small cafes nearby, but you should take the car or plan a good walk to the promenade with more action. Especially like me in winter. I would come back, such a clean accommodation is too rare. THANK YOU to the Balltic team.

We felt totally comfortable. The apartment is very quiet and yet you are in a few minutes on the promenade and on the wonderful beach. Absolutely recommended. The weather was great, so we could also use the cozy terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Aleksandra and Sebastian were totally nice and very helpful. Very nice place to stay with tasteful decor and love for details - fresh flowers, fresh fruit basket and covered table. You feel right at home. The location is great, right in the center. Everything is within walking distance, bike can be rented. The city of Greifswald with harbor and historic buildings delighted us - worth a trip!
