Came here with 2 kids. The set up was perfect for us. Location of the unit was good; walking distance to nice restaurants, Cafés, shops, supermarket. Service was excellent and host was responsive and helpful.

Very clean and aesthetic. Loved the terrace. Could’ve been a bit brighter .. The host was very responsive and the stuff was very helpful. (Soon laundry etc)

Kadek is a wonderful host. Very friendly. The room came with a simple, but delicious breakfast. I highly recommend the banana pancakes! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the occasional barking dogs and crowing roosters and night.

I cannot say enough positive things about my stay at Santra Putra and about the wonderful hosts, Komang and his family. What a special, special place. The room was spacious and lovely and surrounded by lush beautiful gardens teeming with flowers and birds and riotous greenery. There is art everywhere and the founder is an accomplished and talented artist and educator. His wife Made and sister in law Ketut, and son Komang, and the team there are all just amazing humans, full of goodwill, humor and kindness. I can’t believe I dropped into this awesomeness. Santra Putra draws some wonderful people as well and conversations around the breakfast table were wonderful and generative. I felt the perfect balance of privacy and connectivity. The kitchen in my space was great for my needs and I felt right at home. Bed was very comfortable and I always felt safe as a solo traveler. Location great. Access to many cafes, restaurants, beautiful walks.. Thank you Komang and family. Will return.

Absolutely beautiful and serene place tucked away in a narrow street. Denpasar is a crazy metropolis, but this oasis seems miles away from the madness. Beautifully furnished with antiques and objet d’art and meticulously maintained. There are about 6 cottages surrounding the pool in the courtyard. The garden is also beautiful and filled with exotic plants and orchids. The staff is wonderful and attentive and deliver a lovely breakfast to your room every morning. I can’t say enough about what treasure this place is. So happy we found it.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room had a nice big comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked well. Beautiful views of the ocean from the rooms. Had everything I needed at a very reasonable price. I didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked really nice. The host and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I organised a scooter through these guys and the scooter was very good - much newer than a lot of the other rental scooters. It’s an easy 5 minute scooter ride into the centre of Amed. I would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

The home is exactly as described in the pictures and very new. The pool is great for cooling off and relaxing. We were received in a very friendly manner and had good service at all times. The location was perfect for us to hike to the Agung, otherwise it is an advantage to rent a scooter.

The property is very quiet and very well maintained. The view is really gigantic! The room was cleaned daily and the staff was always helpful. The breakfast is a matter of taste, but is always freshly prepared. The access to the property is not in good condition, but it is already being repaired. You have to be prepared to hear the guests from the room across the street, as the walls are very thin as it is a wooden house. A means of transportation (e.g. a scooter) is really essential as the surrounding shops, restaurants and sights are a long distance away. The entire facility is commendable. It is very well maintained on the property and also the pool is gigantic. So highly recommended all around.

We loved our stay in Sidemen in this quiet and lush setting. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Our room had stunning views of the surrounding nature in a typical setting with lots of comfort. The restaurant on site was very good and the staff very attentive. Thanks again for your stay! We had a nice stay in sidemen. The staff was very welcoming . 2 of our bedrooms overlooked the pool and the pump motor made a little noise.

only stayed one night of 4, not upset or bitter and did not ask for or expect a refund, just not the place for my partner and I Excellent location unfortunately no ocean view from the room and within the property grounds the view is unable to be fully appreciated due to the trees. I appreciate the owners desire to have trees and lush vegetation on their property. But as a guest, knowing one of the most amazing and beautiful views in Bali (possibly the world) is kept out of sight, combined with the room having very little natural light, the dated decor, less than impressive bathroom, lead us to decide to look for accommodation elsewhere in Ahmed, where we could be fully take in the beautiful and breathtaking views on offer. Surya (the housekeeper/on-site host) is a wonderful and amazing person we were sorry to say goodbye to. Apparently there has recently been a change in ownership/management of the property. This was likely a factor in my experience being less than stellar

Very good value for money in Bali, nice location. Bed is a bit soft if you are heavier, but still slept good. All in all great.

The location of the villa is very well located very quiet, there you can relax well and sleep well there is a nice pool and a nice garden. Very suitable for families. You are very hospitably received and get a wonderful breakfast. My feedback is always happy to return to this accommodation. Thanks very much to the staff and the hostess.

This place is an absolute gem of a homestay. I’ve stayed in a few over the past few months in Ubud but this one immediately became my favourite. It’s so peaceful in the courtyard - all you can hear is bird song & a little water fountain in the garden despite Ubud central being down the road. My room was huge, clean, had loads of amenities like safe, kettle, tea/coffee, & hairdryer. Like others have said, I really enjoyed the banana pancakes for breakfast on my patio! Agung himself is extremely responsive, friendly, & proactive - there was one evening when the WiFi briefly went down due to an issue with the solar panels, but it was only 5 minutes from me messaging him about it to a member of staff running out into fix it & the WiFi service resuming, so they are always on hand to resolve any issue right away. All the staff & family members in the compound in fact are so lovely & welcoming. I loved it here so much I immediately booked to come back a few days later! Very much recommended!

Very good experience, the hosts were all very kind and helpful ! Made was very helpful and helped me with organising activities. They also offer laundry service for very good price, it was very much appreciated
