We had a great weekend! The house was comfortable and spacious, ideal for our company (9 people). Very clean and warm, with a fireplace that created a cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent - quiet surroundings, beautiful views from our terraces and just 10 minutes from the central square of the village, while the ski resort was very close. The host was very kind and gave us great suggestions for food & activities. We highly recommend it and will definitely visit it again!

This is a very nice apartment to relax and settle in with the daily routine of life in a small Greek town. I was here after the main tourist season and most restaurants and stores were open. Nights were quiet and easy to get some good sleep. The apartment looks out over the main street and the water beyond. Not a full itinerary of tourist things to do in the area but take the afternoon to sip an espresso beverage or cold drink looking out over the bay.

We loved Xylokastro and this is largely because of the apartment we stayed in. Easy access to everything we needed and with very good renovation! Both in the spaces and the mattresses, which are necessary for rest. The evening breeze on the balcony in the heat was great!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bill and John’s Airbnb! The place was cozy, making it the perfect retreat from the cold. It was incredibly comfortable, with everything designed to help guests unwind. The atmosphere was so relaxing, especially with the breathtaking view of the snow-covered mountains right from the window. One of the highlights was definitely the fireplace, which added a warm and inviting touch to the evenings. The property had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, which made cleanup a breeze. The space was quite big, giving us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time indoors. Overall, Bill and John were exceptional hosts, and I can’t recommend their place enough for anyone looking for a serene mountain getaway! Would you like any adjustments to this?

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea is just across a small street. The apartment is nice, modern, and clean. The host was very responsive with communication and even sent over somebody to show us where the washer was (under the kitchen counter from the living room side). Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.

Everything was great, the house was super clean and just like the photos. The host is even more wonderful. Willing to give us information about the village and very kind. I have no words! If we go through there again we will definitely prefer it again!

We had a great experience and got quickly comfortable, warm and cosy which is exactly what we were looking for. We loved our stay in this fully equipped house, nicely decorated with a breath taking view and we were warmly welcomed. The Sunset Beach house is just amazing, location wise is only 1h outside of Athens, you definitely need a car. In front of the gate theres the beach, where Katerina also provides chairs to take with you as it is a stone beach, the sunset happens just in front of the house as well. Theres BBQ, loads of chairs and the balcony has simply the most peaceful view. We had a wonderful time there filled with great memories, i hope to come back! Katerina is a lovely host, responds ASAP always, very kind and helpful, 100% recommended.

An amazing spacious house that looked even more mesmerising and magical in person than it did in the photos. The house is secluded and a perfect fit if you're looking to get away and turn off. The beach is a short walk from the place and is one of the most beautiful seas I've seen in all of greece. This house is truly a hidden gem of Evia and we will be coming back again in the future
