The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

Everything was clearly conveyed before we even got to the house. Since every detail you can feel comfortable has been considered, we felt very comfortable. A wonderful choice where you will have no problems in communication and feel at home with a great view, thank you❤️ again 🫶🏻

First of all, the host was very interested and there was a quick solution for each of our problems. The items in the house were quite sufficient and beautiful. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes away from the car. I would recommend both the location and the house🙏

The villa was very nice with a great view. The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. We found the villa very clean before arrival. There was everything you need. We would book this accommodation again at any time. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed here with my family and absolutely loved it, very clean and looks just like the photos. Local restaurants and beaches were very easy to get to, there is also walkable distance taxi stop near the home. Very responsive and lovely home owners, would definitely recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay at Doa’s place. It was easy to communicate with the host and all instructions were clear. Although some furnitures were a bit old, I booked this apartment mainly for the view which was spectacular. Even better than in pictures. The area is quiet and there are multiple shops and places where you can buy food.

We had a great time at this beachfront home. Mr Berat was very responsive to all our requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived, and the receptionist was very helpful in providing us with everything we were missing.

The view of the house is really nice, since there were no guests next door, we were able to use the garden as a private area for us. It was difficult for us to swim in the sea from the garden, but even watching the view from there is a great thing... The house is very close to the center and there is no parking problem. Since we didn't cook, I can't inform about the kitchen shortcomings, but it seemed ideal for two people. Despoina was caring and friendly and answered every question we had. It was also a very polite move to allow flexibility at checkout time. I'll stay at the same place if I go again

The house is beautiful, we were with friends in 5 , and there are plenty of places. It was clean, Mrs. Hale thought of everything, she was always available for any questions. In the house we found QR code for all restaurants,beaches, cafes, etc. recommended by Host. I have nothingelse to say. Thank you very much Mrs. Hale, we had a great time!
