Lovely place. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. The location was nice because it was just a short walk from the Asansör, but it was a bit of a hassle to climb stairs every time you want to go somewhere. Especially with luggage. Otherwise the house itself was perfectly cozy and comfortable

The location was good, close to Üçgöl Metro Station and 5 minutes from the city center. The check-in process was smooth, and the unit was already warm, so we did not feel cold once we checked in.

İf someone is looking for short time and budget friendly stay in İzmir, İ recommend this place. Bus passes nearby from location that takes you towards city center. The house owner Ercan is quite helping and very nice person. İ didn’t face any kind of issue there. Everything was same as mentioned in the description. The house was clean and quiet. The only thing that got misunderstood between us was that İ was expecting cooking facilities there to cook something. Overall, it was a good experience. İ recommend.

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.
