Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Kapitolyo

This place is an easy access to everything such as malls and it is near BGC for now the building is still new that is why there's still no convenient store down the building such as grocery store as wll you have to walk probably 3mns there's a 7/11 and also it is near Venice grand canal mall which is 10 mns walk as well, the place is cozy It's just that the balcony is in front of the office which I find uncomfortable but overall the place is amazing the host is kind as well and very responsive with your questions will go back again and rent this place again.

The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

nice condo with good bed and nice balcony with vieuw on the parc...kitchen has everything but lacks some space to prepare food..good location and staff very corect...the only bad luck that i had was that there is a big construction area a bit further..so. yiu hear the noise of the drilling all day..pitty

Patrick was very organised, an excellent communicator and provided excellent customer care. I was impressed with his quick responses and ability to solve problems. The accommodation was big enough and you could have easily fitted another person in the property there were 5 adults and 2 kids in our group The AC in all rooms worked well. Great location for shopping, malling, restos, bar hopping. The beds were comfortable! There were 2 showers and toilet which is must for a big group. Great entertainment, great kitchen amenities.

Malate is an interesting neighbourhood that is not for the faint of heart but I personally really enjoyed its high energy. Marcs place is a great base of operations to navigate Manila, basically centered between many of the main sites to see in the city. The Robinsons Mall is nearby and you can walk there to enjoy a/c and many food options. On the way you will see many street vendors, most are friendly some try to scam foreigners but it’s to be expected. I could see my brother enjoying this part of town but my mother would probably prefer to stay in BGC or Makati. Hope this review helps. Will stay again in the future.

We love the room, peaceful and private! We also love the "No quiet time" cause we really enjoyed the karaoke until midnight. Worth it yung price sa dami ng available amenities. Super nag-enjoy ang mga bata. Babalik kami for sure on our next celebration! Thank you, Sir Van! ☺️

Perfect place for big groups! Place is easy to find on maps. Convenient location as it is near to Walter Mart. Hosts are reponsive and helpful, also nice that there are caretakers on duty so we can ask for anything anytime. Also nice that there are multiple smart TVs so we can do multiple things simultaneously. We also really enjoyed the massage chair. 'Til next time!

we stayed for our VISA interview at the embassy which is right across the building. only a 5-10mins walk to and from the building to the over pass which right when u get to the other side is already the start line for the embassy. the accessibility to everything is great! catholic church is near, also surrounded by café’s, small restaurant finds, 7/11 … everything’s walkable. the place has given us so much comfort and very homey vibes. my parents love the place so much because everything is provided from slippers to dish washing soap and hand soap and other bathroom necessities were provided. the room smells good too! over all we enjoyed our stay in Pamela Ann’s place! ❤️

We loved our stay at Myra's place, from complimentary snacks to amenities. Very aesthetic, clean and smells good. Feels homey. We had a great sleep with the comfy beds. Peaceful area. Lots of complimentary such as snacks, toiletries, water, slippers. Easy check in and unit is very spacious for a family of 5. Parking available with minimal fee. Ms. Myra is very responsive and kind.
