Oakvale at Hartley was stunning. The place is huge, the photos do not do it justice! As 2 families travelling together (4 adults, 4 kids 8-15yrs) there was plenty of space for everyone, inside and out. Paul was a terrific host, providing opportunities for the kids to feed the animals and answered all our questions. The house is well appointed and communication from Paul was prompt. The gardens and misty mountain views provide the perfect backdrop to relax in. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oakvale and would love to stay again.

Incredible place! Just incredible! The house in wonderful, comfortable, beautiful, in a gorgeous location. It has everything you need! We will definitely come back (if we are forgiven for two lamps my 2-year old daughter broke during our stay :)).

Beautiful property out in the blue mountains. Spacious kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Great escape to have a weekend away outside the hustle and bustle of Sydney CBD. Would definitely come here again if looking to stay in the blue mountains. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your house. We had an amazing time, and one of the highlights was definitely the outdoor pool. It was absolutely stunning – spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. The area around the pool is beautifully landscaped, creating a peaceful, private oasis with the lake at the background. The view is breathtaking. Not only did this house have a luxurious outdoor area, but inside the house is beautifully designed and decorated. The open floor plan made everything feel spacious and airy, with plenty of natural light. In addition, the two floors added privacy and comfort. The house was also very clean and maintained very well. Every detail was carefully thought out, and we felt very welcomed and right at home from the moment we arrived.🩷 Thank you Fiona and Graeme!

We had an incredible weekend at Amy’s place near the Blue Mountains. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close enough to explore the mountains but still peaceful and surrounded by nature. Amy was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with recommendations. The house had great amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful outdoor space to relax. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet escape from the city. Loved the place! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a getaway. The jacuzzi was amazing and views and area was peaceful. Would book again and recommend. Rob was great and so flexible! Best Airbnb host I’ve met so far!

The design of the house is so well thought out, combining comfort and style seamlessly. Nestled in the peaceful landscape of Mount Victoria, surrounded by gum trees, it feels like a serene escape while still being close to all the amenities you need. The house is impeccably clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the complimentary basket with chocolates, coffee, and wine is such a thoughtful touch. It’s one of the most comfortable and welcoming places we’ve ever stayed in the mountains. Host Jan is fantastic—so helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Had a lovely stay here, very cozy and homey living space which was great to spend time in and nap on the comfy couch after our early morning hike. We made a lovely homemade dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were nice and clean and we never ran out of hot water even with 7 people at the stay. The lower level of the house was very well insulated for the weather we had and barely had to use the a/c. Great for groups or families, would stay again :)

Had a beautiful stay at Scribble Gum Cottage. The host was very responsive and it had an easy self check in process. The accommodation was clean and tidy. It was only a short drive into Katoomba and many of the sites and look outs in the mountains!

We had a wonderful time in Brian's delightful cosy cottage. It was in a beautiful location and the atmosphere was warm and inviting . We will definitely be coming back !

This house was really lovely. Extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfy and there was lots of space for the six of us. We made good use of the fireplace and enjoyed sitting around the beautiful big dining table. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful garden property.

Nice, peaceful & spacious

This is a stunning place, beautifully decorated, with so many hidden gems around the garden, the house and the surrounding landscape. We’d definitely be back.

The house was beautifully restored , spacious and had everything needed for a enjoyable stay. The location is peaceful and conveniently located just a short drive to Leura mall with many great cafes, restaurants and shops and easily walkable. The gardens around the house are lovely and add to the charm. Millie was a great and friendly host and we had the chance to meet her ar check in. She provided local recommendations and even left a bottle of wine and fresh flowers from the garden in every room and the house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We would highly recommend Millie's house for a peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable stay in the beautiful village of Leura.

Place was in a quiet neighbourhood and definitely for families. Host really understood our issues about arriving late, and have us an extra half hour. Beds were quite comfortable and deck offered good views. Instructions were to the point. Overall very comfortable stay, would love to go again.

We loved staying at Abbey House. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and within easy walking distance to town. Emma and Jodie were very attentive hosts.

Our stay at Burnie brae was fantastic. We were in Katoomba for a wedding and had a lovely retreat with beautiful amenities and some fun boardgames. Will be sure to recommend 👌

The house is beautiful and well designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the great collection of games and books. The house is walking distance from the village. It is definitely worth staying and we really enjoyed it!

The BnB is well-provisioned, clean, nice and comfortably furnished. You feel like you are being embraced by the bush, and yet feel comfortable and warm inside the abode. It would be ideal as a winter hideaway to write a book. As my wife said when we were leaving, it was a great choice.
