Penny’s place was perfect for us, with a 4 year old. Beach was very close, lots of toys and beach gear supplied at the residence. Penny was a great host and responded very quickly when we needed assistance. The locals in the building were very friendly too! We would love to come back and visit again.

Jerry was great to work with right from the start. He provided a nice list well in advance of things to do in the area and was very responsive any time we messaged him. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures so it felt familiar as soon as we walked in and we had all the essentials needed to prepare and cook food.

Great location! Jane was very helpful and responded quickly. Location is very close to the beach and in walking distance of several stores and restaurants. it's priced accordingly and matches both the description and photos.

This was a great experience. Something that will be remembered for a lifetime. The gorgeous views daily, waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset was spectacular. The just was very accommodating and help make this experience happen. If I come to Hawaii again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

We had a great stay at Cheryl’s. Starting with the accommodation itself, we found it had all the amenities we needed for a week long stay. We didn’t cook anything elaborate but the little oven and induction top served purpose to cook for 4 adults. It was fantastic to have the 2 seperate rooms with their own bathrooms. It made it feel comfortable/not living on top of each other. We went to the pool regularly, whilst not heated it was refreshing and clean. There is also 2 large spas in the pool area which were great. There is also an adequate gym you can pay $5 to use for your entire stay. Food trucks and pastry shop down below were yum and very handy as elderly parents couldn’t walk too far. It’s about a 15min walk to Waikiki shopping centre and 20mins to Ala Moana shopping centre. Waikiki Beach about 30mins. Cheryl and Nobu were great with communication and extremely understanding with a chair that broke during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

Ning and Victor were great hosts who quickly replied whenever I needed anything which I loved! The pictures and description are accurate to the place. It is a short walk from almost anything you need from a 7/11 convenience store to a whole area with plenty of food trucks. It was also a short drive from so many food places. A few places I enjoyed going to were Don Quijote and Ala Moana Center! The best part was having my own parking space, which is a short walk from the place, which allowed my group and me not to have to pay extra for parking or search for a great parking space. We were able to check in before the initial given check-in time which was amazing to get our trip started as soon as possible. The only downside was the elevator was a bit shaky and small but worked fine. There's also a guard that ensures that everyone coming in should be there which helped us feel safe about the area.

I’ll start off by saying this was the perfect place for us. We first stayed in Waikiki for a week, but wanted to spend a few more days elsewhere on the island. I researched every Air BnB and VRBO unit within our budget, and this was our choice. One of my wife’s biggest concerns when staying somewhere is cleanliness. She said this is the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at. We just wanted some strictly beach time for a couple of days, and this place is right across the street from Kailua Beach, which has been rated the best beach in the USA. I had the opportunity to meet the owner Bob as he and Brooke were next door during our stay. He was a wealth of information. There is a market within walking distance, and a really good restaurant (Buzz’s Steakhouse) just down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Geri and Ke’Alii were great and very communicative from the start! We had two families staying in the home & it worked out wonderfully for the family vacation The beautiful beach was walking distance, with a private walkway from the neighborhood. The beach had low tide and high tide, but very kid friendly. We had a toddler with us and the current was great for kids that age/size because the waves weren’t rough. You can see some fish with snorkel gear and you will see local children fishing there. Host even allowed my son to borrow sand toys. Beach towels provided at airbnb too! The home had all of the kitchen necessities and cook-ware. The host allowed us to use the charcoal bbq grill which was in pristine condition. Home is near a drug store and Papa Oles (great Hawaiian food, walking distance). We would stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality and quick response/communication Geri and Ke’Alii.

this cottage is a dream of a destination in kailua! the garden, pool, outdoor deck, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful interior spaces are just the start. access to the beaches at lanikai for amazing sunrises, lush landscaping, views to offshore islands, and long walks on a sandy beach is easy from the cottage. and a slightly longer walk gets you to kailua beach park's boardwalk and beach, and the hike at lanikai pillbox without driving or parking hassles. it's in a safe, private, and quiet neighborhood for residents, runners, bikers, and dog walkers. shops and restaurants are a short drive away, and a few are even walking distance. thank you for access to this special place!

This was a great stay in Oahu! It had everything we needed, very close to a beautiful beach and awesome places to eat, and a private neighborhood. I really appreciated the kids toys and books for my daughters to use while we were there!

The views are spectacular and this location was perfect for us. A quick walk to the beach, a quick car ride to the supermarket and a Haleiwa. Please know that description of the steps into the Airbnb are accurate (58 steps) and worth it to provide you with the quiet sounds of nature and the fabulous views. Everything you need is at the house to cook, wash clothes, relax on the beach and hang out on the lanai. The beds were fabulously comfortable and the indoor living / dining / kitchen area felt homey. Gail was a wonderful host, quick to respond and extremely flexible.

Great location. Comfortable beds and couch was big enough for everyone when we were in the house. Love having the beach chairs and boogie boards to take to the beach!

Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from Waikiki beach. There were always plenty of parking spots in the provided parking garage.

We had an incredible stay! It’s in a perfect location that is quiet and relaxing with so much to do. You are about an hour from anything you’d want to do anywhere on the island but there is plenty to do right there on North Shore. Getting there was easy. Check in was so incredibly simple. The place is stocked well with EVERYTHING you’d need you can walk right down to Turtle Bay. Truly, just a great place!

We know Honolulu well and selected this place for the location. It has great public transportation. We could catch a bus to anywhere on the island within a block. In addition, we were only a couple blocks from Honolulu‘s amazing Chinatown, the the Iolani Palace and its parklike grounds. We had planned to rent a car for part of the trip and ultimately didn’t bother with it.

Janet was quick to respond to our needs. Her place was updated and really a perfect location. Keep in mind, Waikiki is a top location and her place was an excellent value.

Lovely apartment, really clean and had everything we needed, there were even beach towels, chairs and snorkels for us to use! Easily accessible and only 5/ 10 mins walk to the beach. The apartment is in a really central area close to amenities. Bonus, just around the corner are a ton of food trucks selling lots delicious food! Donald and Michelle were super friendly and responded quickly when we needed a replacement hairdryer and to store our luggage for a couple of hours when checking out. Like some other reviews mentioned, it is quite noisy at night as its right in the middle of central Waikiki which has lots of traffic but in all honesty you get kind of used it and I feel it would be the same in any other apartment. We would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to find ourselves visiting!

We had a great time in Nathaniel’s place. It was in walkable distance to everything. We walked to the beach, shopping, Duke’s, Leonard’s bakery and Rainbow Drive in. The place was so well stocked with everything you need to have a day at the beach. Nathaniel also had a well stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. The washer and dryer in the apartment helped us keep our items smelling fresh. Everything in the apartment was clean and well appreciated! The one thing I would change is the parking. The garage is SO tight. Every ramp has marks from cars scratching their sides on the concrete walls. I parked in there the first night but never again. The stress of marking up the rental was too great. Inside and location perfect. As for parking, I would recommend parking on the street!

Char’s place is better than the pictures and description. This place has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is top notch, I cooked several times and wasn’t disappointed in the appliances, knives, utensils, dishes, pots/pans etc. I cook and most Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed in leave a ton to be desired in the kitchen. You won’t be disappointed! The bathroom is stocked with anything you might need and there is laundry as well. She has boogie boards too! That’s just the inside. This place is literally a 30 second walk to the water. The view and the sunsets are worth it alone! This is Maili Cove so it’s just south of Waianae. To be honest, I love the west side of the island and I’m happy to spend my money there to support the local businesses. The locals are wonderful. Rent this place! You won’t be disappointed! I tried to extend my stay a few more days but it was already booked! Book it now! Char, you’re awesome!
