Vacation rentals in Kanaio

Pros: great location and very pretty home. You can literally walk or short drive to best beaches in Maui, restaurants, shopping and food trucks. Home has a very peaceful and nice vibe. Well stocked kitchen and most of beach stuff that you will need Cons: home is little bit on older side and could use some darkening curtains. I like to sleep in dark, so if it doesn’t matter to you. This is the best value home. It is still very bright in night due to location on road and gets bright very early in morning. I did not had any noise issues like other guests. It is on 1st floor, so it is a bit hard to carry luggage up and down with kids

An oasis in paradise! Keri is a fantastic and very responsive host and helped make our stay amazing. We needed a restorative vacation and Keri and her place provided everything we needed to realize that. She thought of everything her guests could want…The snorkel gear, boogie boards, sun umbrellas and more were wonderful things to have for our time in Maui. Highly recommend!

This unit is on the grounds of a gorgeous golf course resort, with stunning views of the ocean & mountains. Very spacious and conveniently located, with the parking lot right outside the door. The beach is less than half a mile away (8ish min walk) but with this unit being right next to the resort lobby, you can easily request a golf cart ride to and from the beach which is so convenient. The unit provided chairs, towels, snorkels, and a boogie board which was perfect for beach days. The main pool is a 2 min walk away & perfect for families. We loved the trolley to Whalers Village, the nearby outdoor mall with great food options. The beach was private and so peaceful, not crowded at all. The beach cabana also provided towels & chairs so you don’t need to lug everything from the unit. This is about a 45 min drive from the airport with tons to do in close proximity, so I’d highly recommend getting a car. Overall, we are so happy we stayed here for a week. The views were unreal!

The views were breathtaking! You could even see the sunset right from the lanai. David’s place was super convenient, right by the ocean beach and there were tons of great places to eat nearby. The instructions were super clear and David was always quick to respond to our questions. We really loved the condo and will definitely be staying here again!

Mrs. Barbara was very good at giving us her time every time we had a question about something regarding the condominium. The truth is that my family's stay there was very pleasant. Thanks to her being very kind the whole time. This is something very important that I want to mention. I had to return the unit at 11am, but our flight was not until 4:30 and she allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few more hours. I really appreciate this because our luggage was safe the whole time we were gone.

There were great pools and hot tubs😃. There were two pools and hot tubs! It was GREAT! There is a walkable beach and we saw dolphins! Kids can climb nearby trees and there are beautiful fish in koi pond. House was great too, and there were some games like chess, snakes n ladders and checkers. It also had snorkeling gear, fins, floats, chairs and a boogie board. Kitchen is well equipped, though it could use a better set of pots and pans.

Beautiful and family oriented resort! We really enjoyed the stay in this unit! It is well-furnished with good appliances. We visited with a baby and they have items what we needed (pack n play, booster seat, stroller etc). Also, easy to cook stuffs for baby too. I love the lanai doors and went to have snacks/drinks every night after our baby slept. Bob is so helpful, responsive and nice :) We would love to visit again!

The AirBnB was perfect! We had an amazing time and couldn’t wait to watch the sunset every evening from the balcony! Would highly recommend!

We have stayed at Napili Shores several times in the past. We love this complex and it is the only place we stay when in Maui. This unit was very clean. Nice comfortable bed. The dishes, utensils, pots and pans and small kitchen appliances were better than any other place I have stayed here. There were nice beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bags and snorkel gear available. Great communication from the host Roger. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

It perfectly fit our needs. It was really nice to have somewhere to dry towels and all the basics were included for a great beach vacation. It wasn't very walkable but everything you need is within a mile or two drive. No complaints about the location. We even saw a turtle from the balcony! Joe was super helpful and responsive.

As realtors always advise when buying a home…. Location, location, location. Although not directly on the beach this AIRbnb is a short walk to either Napili Bay or Kapalua Bay. We snorkeled at both locations. There were ample beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella provided. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet clean place within walking distance of a beach and this place checked all our boxes. The cleanliness and freshness of the home were very nice which is incredibly important to us. The bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen, and common areas were clean and fresh. The deck with the ocean view was our favorite, we sat on the deck for two hours every evening with our glass of wine and soft jazz. The location was amazing. The short 10-minute walk to the beach was perfect. The beach was small but beautiful, with clean sand, romantic small rolling waves, and low pedestrian traffic. There was plenty of space any time of the day to set up beach chairs. Finally, Kim from Ridge Realty Rentals helped make our first visit to Hawaii easy. Kim provided us with clear directions and easy check-in. The home had everything we needed and the things that we did not know we needed like beach chairs and a cooler. We will stay here again.
