we had a lovely time at the flat. View from bedrooms and balcony was incredible. Enjoyed watching movies on giant TV in sitting room. Surrounding area is full of nice and cheap restaurants, beautiful beach and laguna, pool was small but very nicely done, flat is extremely secure with very modern locks, flat is vary specious, well lit. Especial mention to rather cosy sofa bed in sitting room ( gonna miss that ). My only constructive thoughts are kitchen can be bit more better equipped with utensils, pots, lids etc. and rubbish disposal in the block should be more efficient. Bigger disposal bins etc.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is super convenient, close to a lot of beach clubs and restaurants and generally because it’s in the middle of the island it’s easy to get around and go anywhere. The complex pools are great and there’s restaurants, cafes and bars in the building. There’s pharmacies, supermarkets and everything you need within walking distance. Aside from all that, Andrei was a great host, super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The place itself is really nice and convenient: there are supermarkets nearby, and the seashore is close as well. The area is very well-kept, and the apartment looks just like it does in the photos. I would like to thank Konstantin for his hospitality.

This stay made our whole family very happy!The house is very large, the decoration style is modern and cozy, each room is very beautifully arranged, clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to stay.The kitchen is also very well equipped with all kinds of kitchenware and seasonings, we can easily cook every day, especially suitable for families who like to cook their own meals.The host was also super nice, communicated very promptly, any issues were resolved quickly, really was a request and made our stay very reassuring. All in all, this stay was fantastic and highly recommended for friends who want to travel together as a family!Will definitely come back again if we have a chance!

We had two families during our stay and total of 8 people. We had 4 adults and 4 teens. There was lots of space and room for everyone. The place was clean and just like the pictures. She recommended a great driver and cook. We had an awesome Christmas dinner prepared for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is worth every penny you spend and only if you can compromise a small room. The view is breathtaking and utterly wowed when I first entered the apartment. It was super clean, exactly as described. Kitchen is loaded with all the needed stuff. The check in for the apartment is a bit tricky. If you have heavy and more number of bags like us, be prepared for the climbing stairs and going down for check in the apartment. Other than that all went superb and I would recommend anyone to stay here without a doubt.

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Loved staying here with my family. Good location, love the direct pool access especially with my 6 year old. Felt safe to let her explore & scoot around the property. Very walkable & close to the beach! We loved our stay! Communication was great & we had a flexible late check out which was helpful with a later flight. Will book again.
