A beautiful apartment, the children loved the skylights and the cozy place in the bunk. Sofia even provided us with a Christmas tree. We were able to have a lovely Christmas party, thank you!

A lovely house, setting sun on the veranda! With a ski ramp in front of the door, at the top you have to walk a bit for the connection to the gondola. The house is beautiful, cozy, quick to heat by gas heaters. Mattresses are firm, bunk beds too short for tall people. For tall people, the house is sometimes a challenge. Contact with host via airbnb app is fine. Fast & friendly. The spar is 8 minutes walking from the house. You then cross the ski slope, super nice, bring good shoes. Apres ski at the top of the mountain can mainly be heard on the “spar side” of the village. In the cottage you hardly heard of it.

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We recently had a fantastic stay at this property with our family and friends (4 adults and 4 children). The house was impeccably maintained and offered ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The location was ideal, situated close to the ski resorts, making it easy for us to enjoy winter activities. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare meals. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the house remained incredibly warm and cozy. The highlight for the children was undoubtedly the large garden, where they had plenty of space to run around and play. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided a thorough explanation of everything and even offered guest cards for local discounts, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a truly memorable stay and would highly recommend this property to families and groups looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Thank you Jwala

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The ski buses stop almost in front of the door. Innsbruck can also be reached by bus in less than half an hour. The apartment is super cozy and there is nothing missing. The host is super friendly and accommodating!

Alpbach and Gittis Hof are worth a trip. It was only a weekend but that was just great !

I've always wanted to stay in a chalet way up on the hill and I finally did it. There were 9 of us & we rented out both levels. It was wonderful. We understand that a place that is 100's of years old is going to have some critters. Yes, we saw a few bugs and spiders & the experience was totally worth it. This place has modern bathrooms & yet still so much old charm. It is 25 minutes from Zell Am See. We stayed 3 nights. Loved the porch in the morning. We had plenty of space. Appreciated the hot water pot & the coffee. .The beds were comfortable. My son slept on the very top floor & said it was very warm at night. It might have been nice to have a fan up there. We all still had a wonderful time & would definitely recommend it. Some of our family members went to the lake about 5 miles away & had a great time jumping off the diving boards. We rented bikes & went around the lake in Zell Am See, stopped & had lunch & had a great time. We drove to the High Alpine Road & Wow, it was awesome.

Anja was very accommodating and helpful across the duration of my stay. The apartment is beautiful and easy to get to. Getting into the centre of Innsbruck was super easy with the bus stop nearby the apartment. Overall would highly recommend!!

Gerda's place is special. The apartment is well equipped and we loved especially the little farm she has. Our little girl enjoyed the place very much. the location is great as well and is easy to reach by car the attractions in the Valley. Thank you Gerda for being such a nice host!

In advance, Anita always responded quickly and kindly. Check-in went smoothly. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The new bathroom is super. We immediately felt very comfortable and always had the impression that we could have approached Anita at any time. The location is perfect. You don't need a car. We were able to walk to all the important places. We would definitely love to stay with Anita again and again.

We didn't lack anything. The apartment was very well equipped and extremely clean.

I really recommend the Rössl Nest to everyone. Roberto was very accommodating and always available. The small chalet is really just fantastic and totally cozy. Of course, the hot tub is an absolute highlight, especially after long days outside in the snow. The area is great too, you can reach everything very quickly. It was also great that dogs were allowed and so welcomed. We were totally thrilled and would be happy to come back!

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

We really had a super great time and felt more than comfortable in the small apartment. We checked out a lot of ski areas in the area and were also in Innsbruck, everything easy to reach. We are looking forward to coming back to the Weerberg. 😊
