Vacation rentals in Kalkie

Perfect size for 5 adults, 3 kids and a dog. Enough room to be allowed our own space. Loved that it was fenced for keeping the kids and dog in, a real short walk to the beach and local general store. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment. Great communication with Lisa our host. Woodgate is a beautiful place to stay, it’s not busy, perfect swimming area for young kids at the end of the esplanade too which was super great to be out in all day.

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved the location, so close to the beach and only a 5 minute drive to Theodolite Creek. It was a peaceful location; we loved seeing the kangaroos and kookaburras. The house was spacious and very clean. Well stocked kitchen was great and we loved that we could have our dog stay with us. Tammy was friendly and helpful and promptly replied to my messages. The only negative was that there are no window coverings on the bedroom windows or upstairs toilet. This was ok during the day as they are tinted, but at night when you need to have a light on, you are on public display. Window coverings would also help to keep the house cool, which would have been good as temperatures reached 35 degrees during our stay.

Great location to explore Bundaberg and plus our kids loved the dogs, farm animals in the property and the beautiful pool. Cheryl was very pleasant and a one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever met.

Fantastic apartment for a coastal get away. Exactly as described and very comfortable to stay in. Nice and close to mon repos for turtle encounters Heads up to future bookings, if you want to use the laundry facilities maybe make sure you pack some laundry detergent. The shops are nearby also for food or those little things you need to get along the way

Great place to stay, and communication was clear, and proactive. Great for kids! Easy to book and stay!

Beautiful location and worked great for a half way stop to Yepoon. Great accomodation when travelling with a dog. Beaches amazing!

Beautiful house right on the beach in a quiet peaceful area. It made for a lovely quiet holiday with the family. It should be noted that theres no AC & while there was always a sea breeze, it can get pretty hot there.

Rons property was well stocked, kitchen had anything you needed. There were 2 fridges which were awesome with Christmas food and drinks. Beach straight across the road and a short stroll to the bowling club for a coldie and a great feed. Great spot 👍
