Its excally what it is in photos and description. 50meters from the beach. i like the place, location and the Joywin's family and the beautiful garden in the front of the house. Joywin is willing to help and gives recommedations. I extended my stay.

Bart, was an amazing guy and very responsive and very active host. He kept this place excellent. Even he kept some fruits, bread milk and butter few other goodies. That as very thoughtful, place amazing very quite and private. I wish I could stay few more days extra. Definitely it's a go to place, and Definitely I would rather go here than any other so called 5star hotels. We enjoyed the pool, and entire property well kept and managed. Bart was just a click away if we ever needed him. Definitely I would do this all over again without any second thought.

This is a 6 star property. Exactly as the pictures. If you looking for a serene, peaceful stay, villa praia is the place for you. I had stayed with my pet and the place is an absolute blessing for them. Lots of space within the property to roam and play. The beach is 4 mins walk from the property. The area is well lit and lots of places to eat and go out in an around the area. Lourio is a fantastic host, very responsive, very proactive. Not the forget Ranjit, the housekeeper, he was just a phone call away, very polite and helpful. Treat this place like your own and you will have a great time.

We loved our stay at Anand's place. Very spacious in a peaceful, tranquil setting. Perfect getaway from noisy Mumbai. Loved the balcony for morning coffee with views of lush greenery. Definitely would stay again.

A cozy and spacious home nested between lots of trees and greenery, featuring very friendly animals (dogs and cows). The property is situated in a wonderful farm / garden that you can explore with the host and owner's permission. The nearby locality is wonderful too, and very calm and quiet since it's a residential area. The host is very responsive, proactive and approachable. Host is prompt in addressing any concerns. Overall great experience.

It was a wonderful stay. The perfect mix of village and city! Absolutely peaceful, and yet everything is nearby. Harish was extremely gracious and kind - also very supportive. Palolem beach and great restaurants are about 5 mins away on a bike. Essential shops are at a 3-10 mins pleasant walk. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring the little by-lanes for my morning walks. Had a wonderful stay!

My friend and I have just spent 3 weeks in this lovely house. It's set back next to Magic View restaurant at the end of beautiful Patnem beach and is easy to find . You just step out of the door and your toes are in the sand. The house is basic but has everything that you need. There's a veranda to sit on and watch the world go by. Inside there's a big bed, a ceiling and standing fan. We didn't use the air-conditioning as we prefer not to. There's a good sized fridge and a basic kitchen. There's not really enough pots and pans to cook properly but it ok to make drinks and snacks. ,there's plenty of restaurants nearby anyway. There was always hot water in the bathroom but the pressure is really poor. it wasn't an issue for us as a hot bucket bath perfectly sufficed. We never met Kanishk but he responded promytly via phone and fixed the wifi when we had issues.We've stayed at quite a few different places in the area and this was by far the best. Highly recommended.
