Vacation rentals with a patio in Kabak Beach

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

I have visited Fethiye a few times before but honestly think it is the best place we have ever stayed. The host (Deniz) is super friendly, easy to reach and proactive. The space was in a pristine condition, clean, well equipped and felt homely. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and close to the shops places. I will definitely come back to this place next time I am in Fethiye. Highly recommended.

It is a spotless, sparkling clean house in every aspect, and a living environment has been created with more than enough to meet all needs. There's nothing short of it, we've come across more. Located on the main road, very close to Bim and Migros grocery needs. In addition to the sea view, Kalkan and Kaş plans are provided for 10-15 minutes. It was a very, very enjoyable stay as a family. We had an amazing stay at Mr. Alper's place in Kalkan. The apartment with two bedrooms, a lovely terrace, and a rooftop pool exceeded our expectations. It was fully equipped with kitchen essentials, had great ventilation, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was even a barbecue, which was a great bonus! It's a very cozy place that makes you want to come back again. Highly recommended!

We rented a house for a week. Located in the mountains. Very clean air. The house is fenced, no one sees you. There is soft green grass on the territory, a clean swimming pool, a grill area, sunbeds and a swing. The house is clean and stylish, lots of dishes, there is a dishwasher and oven. Each room is air-conditioned. Everything was great, clean. Thank you for your hospitality, helpful host and his father. We will definitely come back again. My stay at this property was quite pleasant. The location is convenient, allowing easy access to various parts of the city, which made getting around straightforward. The place was clean, and the host was generally responsive and helpful. One nice touch was the garden with orange and avocado trees, adding a bit of character to the property. Overall, it was a good experience.

Completely private pool area, no one can see. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are lots of restaurants that deliver directly to the place but you need to call and check. The villa is quite nice with lots of free space available, suits well for large families.

The house was perfectly clean, the garden was nice and quiet, and the pool was cleaned everyday. We felt at home and will be back as soon as possible. I even told my wife I was going to ask for an option to buy the place.
