We spent a wonderful weekend in this house in nature, and it was a true getaway for the soul! The house is located in a picturesque spot right by the lake, making it perfect for those who love fishing and peaceful walks in the fresh air. In the morning, stepping out onto the terrace, we were greeted by a stunning view of the water and forest — a true feast for the eyes! The house is cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was convenient, and we were able to cook the fresh fish we caught ourselves. And we caught quite a lot — the lake had excellent fishing! In the evening, we had a picnic outdoors, surrounded by silence, with only the sounds of nature. The barbecue and firewood were all prepared in advance by the hosts. We especially loved the fireplace inside, which made the evenings warm and cozy. This is the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city

It is a good house for 6-8 people with one of the best equipment I've ever had. Every room has a Sonos Soundsystem, the living room has an OLED TV, it has a wood sauna and the kitchen has everything you need. All the rooms and beds are clean. The communication with Stay North worked perfectly. We went there in the winter thus we did not use the garden that much. The house is divided into 4 different parts: The main house, a sleeping room, the sauna and a second living room. Overall we enjoyed the stay. We would recommend the house if you want to stay next to Turku but still want to be in nature.

Lovely and quiet place. Beautiful views, fun to watch boats sail by. Easy to get help from the host if needed as Heidi lives next door.

No words for how wonderful this place was, but I’ll try. The cabin has its own sweet little beach and is extremely private without being cut off from people should you require it. It is a peaceful, quiet, serene paradise. The main cabin has everything you need for sleeping, cooking and hanging out. Wood fire is great. Lots of staple food stuff in the pantry. Comfy bed and couch. Sauna/chill out cabin nicely done. Roomy sauna. Hot water. Comfy chairs. Outhouse toilet very easy to use, and so quaintly decorated. It’s adorable. Malin was a fabulous host. She even took us hunting for mushrooms so we would know what to eat and where to find good ones. Excellent hints also about how to view the northern lights. The setting is idyllic. We spent 4 days relaxing here and thought it was heaven. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Definitely highly recommended and thanks so much Malin for your thoughtful touches and for being such a great host.

Simple and comfortable accommodation by the sea, right next to the Houtskari-Korppoo ferry port. Tidy space and friendly service.

The cabin is beautiful and the location is absolutely serene. On top of that, Jon is a great host, very proactive and responsive. We couldn't have been happier with the stay.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. It was easy to find and in an excellent and welcoming state. If you are not used to eco toilets, the smell can be pretty distinctive at first, but it stays relatively well in the bathroom thanks to the smell lock. The cabin and the surrounding nature were beautiful, as was the view from the cabin. We enjoyed the atmosphere provided by the floor-to-ceiling window in the main indoor area and enjoyed a whole seafront experience. The cabin, although it might seem tight from the pictures, had a spacious bathroom, rooms, and comfortable common areas inside and outside. Overall, it was a nice experience, and we look forward to visiting again!

The place to stay was a little walk from Moominland. Perfect for 2 people! :)

A beautiful, quirky and homely cabin in a gorgeous woodland garden. We had a lovely, relaxing stay, made even better by the sauna :) Tuulia is a kind and welcoming host who shared a tasty homemade brunch with us. Sorry to leave!
