My friend and I had a wonderful time in Dubai; it felt like a little oasis of peace, yet it was so close to the city and all the amenities. Waking up to the sound of chirping birds was delightful! Kym was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the neighborhood was lovely. The place was super clean, and I absolutely loved the beautiful interior design and decoration. 🥰

For the price, it's well worth it. It actually made our trip, we're so glad we didn't get a hotel room. It's exactly as listed. There was a little hiccup when checking in, I think I must've missed an email with the code to enter the apartment, but they got straight to it and sent the code over right away. Shower was warm and powerful, bathroom very clean. kitchen was well equipped and clean. There's restaurants (we didn't go) and a little convenience store at the foot of the tower. Pool was lovely and clean with comfortable sun loungers and a lifeguard! Any staff we encountered were lovely, just like everyone else in Dubai we spoke to. The projector was amazing, I couldn't get the sound system working but the projector speaker was absolutely fine. Bed was comfy and we couldn't hear any neighbours. We felt very safe. Taxis arrived within mininutes and the metro is a 5-10 minute walk. Overall, we're very happy we stayed here and we will recommend to anyone going to Dubai.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to Marina & JBR. It felt like a home away from home, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’ll definitely be back for another stay. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Everything was as they promised, the place was beautiful, clean and amazing view. Rolando was extremely helpful with all the questions and replied very fast. Also, worth to mention that I forgot some books when I left the apartment and Rolando kindly check the books so I can collect them afterwards.

Book now. This is by far one of the cleanest and nicest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed. The view from the balcony is incredible and worth every penny. The pool is amazing as well. The bed is comfty, and the bathroom is pristine. I loved all the furniture, it was very comfortable. I would stay here again no questions asked the next time we are in Dubai. I highly recommend walking the seawall to the main area of the marina. There are lots of restaurants along the walk. Definitely book this airbnb you won’t be disappointed!! Thanks for a great stay during our honeymoon !!

excellent accomadation. everything available for self catering. i personally didnt use kitchen but it felt very usable. bed was very comfortable. good shower. my only issue was only one entry card which was inconvenient for us as we like to do different things so we had to co-ordinate coming back at same time. this is good flat if you are claustraphobic and dont like lifts. it is 2 floor up from ground when you walk to marina. reception is on 5th floor and thats where you get taxi so only 3 floors up from flat. however to access stairs you do need the key card. parking space also available. excellent property , other than the key issue. would definately stay again.

Really happy with our stay at Avani. It was conveniently located in the Marina with easy access to Downtown and the Palm Jumeirah. The flat itself was huge, probably too much so for the 3 of us but thats not an issue at all, the views were excellent. Rolando who met is for check-in was super helpful. Taxis were always available downstairs and there was also a pool that was open from 7am til 10pm.
