We absolutely loved Josefina’s place! The house is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. It’s within walking distance of several great restaurants, and just a short 15-20 minute drive to popular tourist attractions. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Josefina was a wonderful host, offering excellent communication and thoughtful touches that made our visit even more enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I traveled to Coyoacan with a fellow teacher and three 13 year old students from Canada we were participating in the Flute Festival at the UNAM. Casa Bola was the perfect choice for our group. I needed a super safe space, close to all amenities, where we could also come back to rest after a long day in classes and concerts. This was the perfect place. Were were really lucky that it was available. I would highly recommend Casa Bola to any type of visitor, but specially people looking for a quiet, private and peaceful stay in Coyoacan. This house has the best possible location, which is around the corner from multiple restaurants, including one of the best vegan restaurants in the entire city. There are two of the best taquerias just one to two blocks away, but the tourist centre of Coyoacan it's just far away enough that the house is super private and quiet. We did not find a good supermarket nearby, but we recommend getting groceries delivered by Walmart! We loved Casa Bola!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martin's lovely house. The bedrooms are all comfortable and private. The concrete and tile bathtub in the primary suite is beautiful and relaxing! The house is a bit of a walk from the main part of Coyoacan, but it's a nice walk. Felt very safe. The house got a bit cold as we were there in late December, but the chill was offset by the sweet holiday decorations they left for us! Just make sure you take sweaters and warm socks if you are there in winter :) Martin was a great host - clear communication and was as flexible as he could be with our check in/out needs. We would love to stay there again.

Ximena’s place was amazing, it is a beautiful home with lots of space, natural light and lovely furnishings. Ximena was a great host, she made many recommendations and helped us with reservations which was not expected but very much appreciated. She was very responsive and came to the house very quickly when we needed help with something. 10/10 recommend.

This place is SO CUTE! It is so comfortable, beautiful and well-designed. The location is great - close to everything and a such a walkable sweet neighborhood. In addition to being so lovely there were so many nice features - a fireplace complete with a stack of wood to use, a washer dryer and a parking space! Can't say enough good things about our stay there.

Close to tourist areas and super important: close to ecobicis stations! The area felt very safe. 100% recommended if you travel to get to know the wonderful CDMX.

Fantastic location and space. Loved exploring Roma and easy to explore many other areas of CDMX on foot and through very nearby public transit. The apartment itself is gorgeous with arched brick ceilings, a luxurious shower, and balconies with a tree-lined view of some of CDMX’s most impressive skyscrapers.

Great place to stay! Close to so many food choices in a great part of town. The hosts were super communicative and responsive, in all hours of the day! I would stay here again.

Very comfortable and nice accommodation, in addition to being in a very good and quiet area. The only thing is that there was no garbage pot in the kitchen or garbage bags, but from there everything is incredible, Vero is always attentive to what we needed :)

Beautiful and very characterful house in a charming and quiet part of the city. Werner and Osvaldo made every effort to make our stay comfortable including making us a delicious and filling breakfast. We stay in many Airbnbs and this really is a cut above.

The house is exactly as seen in the photos, lots of space and nice environment. Being such a large house, it is cold, but each room has its own heater (also its own fan). The arcade machine as mentioned in many reviews is not working yet, but I already knew it and there is no major problem with it. The TVs have roku and it is easy to use. The heater works and heats the water to perfection. They fit up to 3 medium pickup trucks. Excellent choice for large groups.

The place matches the photos , but what I liked most is that it has a terrace, to work for a while there , have a coffee or have your dogs walk. I loved it Also the super attentive host always !!! Servicial, attentive and made sure we were comfortable I would definitely go back to this place.
