The Rincon Surf Villa was immaculate with new finishes, and decor. The rooftop deck was an added bonus. The bathrooms were new with consistently hot showers and excellent water pressure. We loved our stay and appreciated Allison’s responsiveness.

I read EVERY review under this house BEFORE renting it & found I would take the chance at rent it myself. After my 10 day stay, I can say this was the most pleasant/peaceful experience ever. Kevin responds QUICKLY anytime I reach out. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Nobody bothers anybody. The house was clean and EXACTLY as described. I had a blast here with my brothers. Not one issue. Washing machine, bathrooms, kitchen, wifi, Air conditioning, TV, ALL of it was perfect. I have no complaints. I just hope this is still listed next time I come to puerto rico for the same price. between me and my two brothers splitting the cost between us three for the 10 night stay…. i felt guilty for how good the deal was. no lie. I think applebees charges more for a good night out then kev does for a good night here. I highly recommend. I read every review, dont listen any negative ones. im sure those people didnt communicate or read the description correctly. cause i can vouch for this crib.

I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful beachfront property in Aguada, Puerto Rico! From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the beach right from the balcony. The location was absolutely perfect—waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets over the ocean was pure bliss. The home was well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My family and I had a beautiful, relaxing vacation here.

As always, our stay here was perfect. We feel right at home, and everything is so clean and tidy. Lovely views of the valley and the sea beyond. Peaceful evenings and sunny mornings are the best!

Rosanna’s place was the perfect place to stay for our surf trip. Centrally located to a bunch of great surf spots, lots of local restaurants, and things to see and do. Rossanna was super helpful, attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. You can’t find a better deal for a super cute and well equipped place in this central location. Will definitely be staying here again on another future surf trip!

Arnoldo’s place was great! The hammock was perfect to relax with morning coffee & in the evening after a day at the beach or exploring the island! The view was just as shown in the pictures, gorgeous! The surrounding area was very quiet & very safe! Jobos beach is our favorite & just down the street! The condo has everything the listing says it has & was a great place to enjoy the 2nd half of our stay in Puerto Rico!

Just as listed, the views are amazing. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was heaven on earth. Located in a perfect spot where it was never loud or busy (we came to relax), but alot of restaurants and bars in a walkable distance. Katrina is amazing, responding quickly and keeping us informed about anything going on and is just a really knowledgeable person. Thank you for hosting us we will be returning!!! ♡＾▽＾♡
