Airy apartment with green area around, 24-hour concierge, safe with everything working well, 3 minutes from the bus station (7 km from the Center - 20 minutes from the Airport). I recommend it and will return next time.

A wonderful apartment. Everything you need is there, including washer and parking space. The Antonia and Robilson were always available, friendly and helpful, and Robilson visited me regularly, asked about my well-being and always brought fresh vegetables or fruit. I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!
