Spacious and clean unit, very nice sea view, well maintained facilities and public area in the condo. Short drive to Eco Botanic and Sunway Iskandar for lots of eateries. Definately value for money stay.

Excellent accommodation especially those who wanted to travel to Singapore else well with the excellent location located nearby the JB CIQ centre and it is also a shopping mall. The apartment is extremely clean & comfortable to stay. Besides, the owner is very friendly and kind to provide us advice and tips on our trip which give us a big help in avoiding some unnecessary problems and also offer us for a ride to the station when we check out. He is also be very patient in waiting for us to reach his house to pass us the keys even though we are late due to the traffic on the road.

Great locations for KSL shoppers with a loklok stall located right at the building entrance. Floors were very clean, towels and bedsheets are fresh as well! Owner was extremely friendly and understanding to our requests. Can’t thank her enough!! Only concerns were that the entire building was extremely old and furnitures and fixtures were very basic considering the price paid. And right beside our unit was a very eerie unit with a large sage and talisman on the door. Note that you can expect the elevators to be very slow during peak hours.

At first, the address posted was different, so there was some confusion, but the bottom line was a very good choice. The host's quick response is good, the residence itself is well maintained, and the protective facilities are good. There are all the cleaning utensils and cooking utensils in the house, and there is even an integrated dryer and washing machine, so I was very satisfied!!

Walkable to Mid Valley Southkey, the apartment is cosy and can fit our family of 9 easily. The kids enjoyed the bathtub at the apartment and swimming pool. 2 nights is definitely not enough.

The place is a walking distance to Mid Valley for shopping and movies. The apartment is clean and tidy. The host gave a clear instruction to access to the apartment.

Jeff’s place is great for long stay, he was very helpful throughout my stay. Will definitely choose his place again if visiting Johor again.

Marcus was so responsive and reached out with detailed instructions of what to do! He also checked in to make sure we were doing okay, but was not overbearing at all. This made the whole experience very seamless :) would definitely recommend for a quick overnight stay!

We stayed for 2 nights! The place is nicely maintained and we enjoyed our time there. We even went to swim at the pool together with our daughter. Nice place for families.

The place is clean & host is responsive in replying messages

We had a pleasant stay in Zack’s place. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The three rooms apartment is spacious and looks amazing. We enjoyed the facilities in the place, especially swimming pools and the badminton courts. There are boats in the harbour nearby from 3.30pm during the weekend. We would love to come back again.

Host was very friendly and responsive. Thankful for all the extra information given which helped us alot. Information given were very succinct and relevant photos concerning the instructions were given as well. Host had also prepared mandarin oranges for our CNY staycation.

Host was responsive to questions. Some improvements required to make place better which host feedback they will work towards. if u want a luxurious place, then then this is not for u. but for a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced place for 4-5 persons, it is good enough. read the instructions carefully on how to check in and it is not difficult. we did not use the facilities. we walked to taman sentosa (about 10 min if u can cross the big road behind illegally) for food (cafes, retail, coffee shops). below the apt is a coffeeshop n a cafe but we did not go there.
