Vacation rentals with a pool in Joaquina Beach

The house is very nice, clean and matches the photos. The kitchen is well equipped and the host was always very helpful and quick in her responses. I'll be back again and again with family.

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

Place of great cost benefit. Unfortunately, we caught a lot of rain and the internal barbecue was a great option for us to spend time. Just keep an eye on the location of the bedroom of the two single beds, and unfortunately his fan was broken. In addition the TV of the room is with the burst sound, I suggest changing or adapting an external sound. But it's just a few details that don't get in the way of the excellent review. Outside this the place is excellent, very complete, equipped, and the host is a very nice and practical person, always at the disposal. Valeu every penny we pay, would come back on other occasions.

Otimo Stay, Andre and Telma super attentive, have shown us better places to hang out, eat and market. All rooms equipped with air conditioning, bed linen and super clean. Very spacious house! I will come back for sure!

Beautiful house. Amazing and functional. There was everything you need for a nice stay. It is close to a quieter area of Canasvieiras beach. Nicolle always responded quickly and quickly.

Our accommodation was incredible, both for the comfort of the house and for the receptivity of Cynara. The house had a beautiful décor, sheets and towels of great quality, as well as an incredible view of both the sea and the Hercílio Luz Bridge. I even walked to the center on foot, in addition to renting a bicycle to pedal. I also consider access to the beaches easy by car, both to the southern beaches, which end up being closer, such as those in the North.

The Apartment and the structure of the Residencial were the difference… we took advantage of the place and the whole structure, swimming pool, heated pool…

The apartment is really very good, super airy. The condominium has a lot of attraction for children. And close to the beach. We'll be back for sure !

Apartment with good space, suitable for our family. Essential items available, equipped kitchen, facilitating and favoring onsite meals. Good bedrooms and bathrooms. Proximity of the sea is the high point, which deserves to be highlighted, just cross the street in front of the building and we are already on the catwalk that leads to the sea. In addition, the building is close to bakery, restaurants, coffee, market, pharmacy. Really, it's very well located and, for us, it counted a lot. Host, John, very receptive and attentive, from the first contact. I highly recommend and we plan to return!

We had a great experience. Renata is a kind, proactive and efficient host. The check in was easy, the instructions are clear. Access to the building is automated and very practical. The location is great, very close to the beach and has restaurants nearby. The infrastructure of the condominium is excellent, with heated pool and jacuzzi, a good option for rainy days, especially for those who have children. The apartment is quiet (has no neighbors upstairs) and beautifully decorated, having everything the guest needs. It's clean and fragrant. The value is good. The value is fair for everything it offers. Anyway, we recommend this place and if we go back to Campeche, we will stay there again.

The apartment is very nice and cozy with newly renovated facilities and it is all new, it has garage, washing machine, barbecue, etc..very good the building is concierge. The apartment matches the photos and description of the listing. Close to several places for food, shops and supermarkets, who like the central region of the English Beach is well worth it, I recommend.

Our stay here was great. Comfortable apartment and the community has great amenities, especially for kids. Hosts were responsive even during holidays.

Everything was great! Ana Paula is very kind and helped a lot! Everything is neat and clean. Apartment is great and comfortable. Very nice condominium with spectacular pool and nice little grocery! Gym was not cleared for use. Location is good, close to the beach, but only has one access and is very bottled. And we found with few options of good bakeries, good restaurants, good services. But it was wonderful!!! I highly recommend!!!
