William’s home was the perfect vacation spot! Quiet and peaceful! We spent most of our time in the pool or sitting outside with our dogs. With the fenced in yard, it made it so easy to have them out there with us. William was extremely responsive to any questions we had. House was very clean and very welcoming! We hope to be back sometime soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Shelly’s cottage. We felt right at home the moment we walked in; it was even decorated for Christmas! I just wish the weather had been warmer because we would have loved to enjoy the deck overlooking that peaceful lake. We can’t wait to come back!

The host was very friendly and kind enough to add a day to our stay when I realized I had booked one day short of what I needed. We really only needed a place to sleep. Most of our time was spent at my Dad's for Christmas. It was close to his place. The neighborhood was lovely. While we did not linger at the house, we certainly would have enjoyed doing so. The living room area and back terrace were inviting.

This place was really awesome, my wife and I, along with our two Pomeranian puppies, got a much needed rest and relaxation here, and loved it. It’s a great place that’s isolated enough with having 2 dogs who can tend to not be so quiet. The dogs were introduced to the country and we relaxed in the back porch, we loved it and they did as well. We would love to come back here again in the future possibly; very nice property.

Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Christine's guest home is very unique and cozy space. It is located on a working horse farm and has a big pool and hot tub for guest use. Christine was a very responsive and accommodating host, she was always around and responsive. I travel to the area often to visit family and I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay! A quick weekend trip was made special with the comfort of the home and the beautiful landscape, especially during sunrise/sunset. The home was spotless and we quickly felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Holiday House in July so it was hot in Kentucky. The pool/hot tub and shade trees came in handy. We had a group of 8-9 people and the house was well stocked with a chef’s kitchen and every utensil and kitchen appliance. Host also provided coffee which was nice. The surroundings are idyllic and beautiful. You are nestled into the rolling Kentucky hills but you can feel the quiet yet historical nature of the place. Lexington is a quick 20 min drive. We enjoyed grabbing breakfast sandwiches and scones from the Midway Bakery (located inside an old school). Lots of Gluten Free options on the menu. There is convenience store and fast food a few minutes away and Midway/Lexington has a decent variety of restaurants. The host suggested the local winery which was nice and had local music/wine on the weekend. Golf and horses nearby. Our party was a mix of age groups and everyone felt right at home. The hosts were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Michael was an excellent host. He helped me in a jam getting situated. The house was amazing as were the surroundings. It was secluded, quiet, beautiful.

Staying here was great! Hosts were very communicative and offered solutions to any issues. The place was massive and beautiful and had plenty of room for 20+ people (including children, two toddlers, and a baby) to sleep, play, and eat. Amenities/accommodations were excellent. Hot tub was incredible and enjoyed by all. Kids loved the game room. We will definitely be back!

Words cannot do justice for this oasis in the middle of the gorgeous rolling hills of Kentucky. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but only a short drive to Georgetown or Lexington when needed. The house has everything you would need and was a perfect fit for our family of six. Everyone had their own space for privacy and the great room was the perfect place for our family to visit, play games and share meals. The kitchen is well stocked and had all the utensils I needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We travel to KY to visit family often and plan on staying at this phenomenal property again!

this house is beautiful with lots of space comfortable beds very clean & smelled very nice neighbors where friendly we stayed for Thanksgiving it was very to see the neighborhood kids be inclusive to our kids they played basketball & just enjoyed each other anything I may thought I needed in the home after looking around it was provided he also let us check in a few hours earlier because of the holiday so we could get the food into the house I will definitely rent here again.

Anessa's place was gorgeous, clean, and had so many amenities. The location was quiet, and we enjoyed the large back porch overlooking the water. The hot tub was phenomenal. There are neighbors close by, but the area is nice and quiet. Only minor nuisance of the trip was the neighbors spot light (only a bother when outside). We will definitely be back, and we cannot wait for a dock to be installed!

Cute and clean and great location in Lex. Close enough to what you need but far enough away to not deal with in town traffic. Well stocked and even had a few snacks provided which was thoughtful. She was very responsive and helpful through our stay. Thanks for a great airbnb experience!

Would definitely stay here again!! It was a beautiful location and the trains were an added bonus. The River House was both comfy and cozy and a perfect spot for our family to spend Christmas together! Will recommend it to all my friends.
