House vacation rentals in Jekyll Island

The amenities exceeded expectation. The place is beautiful. Clean. The kitchen is wonderful. We missed not having a dining table to sit around. The counter top .s served that purpose for eating. The outside table worked but not when it rained. It waant covered. The tvs in each room was a plus. All appliances, dishware, were more than plentiful . Nice having the outside grill. Its a beautiful home decorated to the hilt! We truly felt at home. So close to town and also beach. We also visited Jekyll which was great too. We would definitely tent again!!

Candice was extremely accommodating and helpful whilst we were transitioning to move back to Brunswick. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay! I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality and for being so helpful ❤️

The home was very clean and fit seven people comfortably. The host thought of everything, and anything we needed was in place ready to go. Bicycles were in excellent condition and the pool was so much fun with the family. There was a closet full of games and lots of thoughtful books and movies for all ages throughout. The host provided advice on how to get the most out of our stay in the area.

We had an incredible stay at Elizabeth’s place! The space was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip. It felt even better than advertised. Elizabeth was a fantastic host — super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. She made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great spot and a great host!

Our family of four stayed at the Mint Julep for our spring break week in mid-March and it exceeded every expectation. The house was perfectly furnished and the layout worked great for our pre-teen kids to be on one side in the bunk room with their own bathroom, and for us parents to be on the other side of the house with an en suite. We enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee and the kids used the pool every day (we were glad we requested it be heated, definitely a must for March as it was still in the 60s some days). We also enjoyed the firepit and outdoor TV. You can’t beat the location. We walked to dinner and breakfast daily, and my husband ran the trail right outside the front door every day too. We hope to be back again next year.

We arrived with take out from Southern Soul BBQ for our family weekend for 10 adults (21 to 71) and 2 children (11 and 15). We had plenty of room for 5 couples and 2 children to have their own space. The kitchen island and dining table provided plenty of seating for meals and board games. My daughter-in-law brought Mind The Gap (a generational board game) for us to play. It was lots of fun. We brought our shrimp pot and cooker to make a Lowcountry Boil and added some locally purchased crawfish for dinner Saturday. We also had a family ping pong tournament where our oldest son holds the title until next year. Our children took the golf cart and beach gear to the beach at 5th St. while we rode our bikes there. We had frozen yogurt, went to the Art Fair, played putt-putt, and had dinner at CJ’s Pizza. We asked our children if they would rather have a place “on” the beach next time, and they said, “NO! This place was perfect!” Enough said! We’ll be back!

One of the nicest places I've stayed! The pictures didn't do it justice. The house was clean, easy to live in, great layout, and just felt like home. The supply situation was the best I've seen-trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, dishwasher pods, all provided. There was a little hiccup with the pool heat (maybe it shut off automatically?) but I texted the host and it was addressed within 5 minutes, seriously. No problem the rest of the stay. Nice outdoor spaces to enjoy, and a central location that made it easy to get around. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the steam shower! What a great amenity that was. You'll leave wanting one for yourself.

Great location, nice neighborhood, beautiful place, loved the key pad for entry/exit easy to use, only small negative was we could hear the people moving around upstairs. They weren't blasting music or being loud themselves, you just could hear the movement. Next time I'd stay on the top floor. There was a sweet cat named Brittan that came periodically and slept on the soft cushion "poofs" outside. We really enjoyed our stay!

Easy trip over to Jekyll island which was our next destination

John was a great host. He went above and beyond to take care of us. We were there through the ice and snow storm and the community was without power for several days and he did very well in communicating with us and keeping us updated about it

I recommand more than 100% this lovely property. Everything élément you can think of is perfect. We were impressed but the cleanliness. Lisa was so king and so quick to reply. You see how much love has put been on the house to us feel at home and even better. The Mae will become our place when we’re in SSI. We are so grateful

We had a great stay. With options for early/late checkout, our stay was fantastic. We will be back for another stay.

We booked this house for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at for our wedding. It was beautiful and very clean. It’s in a great location to lots of great restaurants and shops. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Very cozy, makes you feel at home, very equipped kitchen, large back yard to enjoy. Very spacious home. Host were amazing and very attentive.

Our family of 5 loved this home. It was spotless, communication was excellent, and the house was the perfect size to spread out and enjoy! We used the available bikes to explore the island and the wagon, chairs, and beach towels made our beach days a breeze! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family and return again. If you’re headed down, all Jennifer for recommendations … She knows the best spots and activities.

The house was as described, spacious and on a quiet street perfect for our family with two young kids. The pool and spa and backyard space was great. We appreciated the beach toys and some indoor toys, as well. The home is really nice but also a vacation home we felt welcome and comfortable in with young kids because it was a loved and lived in home. Would absolutely stay again when we visit SSI.

Our stay was fabulous! Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to great local restaurants. Michaels home had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and he was super responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay in St. Simons was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to this uniquely charming cottage. The location couldn’t be better, and the cottage itself was ideal for the two of us and our dog. The heated pool and spa were the icing on the cake—we enjoyed them every single day. The weather was perfect, the island was peaceful yet fun, and some of our best moments were simply relaxing on the porch or in the beautiful backyard. A special shoutout to the hosts, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend St. Simons as a destination and this cottage as the perfect home away from home. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying here! Beautiful home that we all loved. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The only thing we were bummed about was that the pool was not heated (We assumed it was since it was available all year long) but after looking at the listing again it did not indicate that it was heated. Alvin was a great host and was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for hosting us. I've been doing a guys golf trip for 12 years now, this house was perfect, no one around so we could be loud and have fun. Misty was great, allowed us to check in real early so we could make our tee times.

We were on SSI for a Christmas family vacation and this house was the perfect location. There were 7 adults and an infant. It was perfect for everyone to gather and spread out when we wanted. The hot tub was perfect for the December weather.

Enjoyed our family vacation over the Christmas holidays. It was nice having the full duplex, gave people the ability to spread out. Great location, easy walk to beach and several restaurants. Great yards - fenced for the dogs and hot tub was definitely a plus.
