Vacation rentals with beach access in Jasmine Estates

This was a great place for us to stay on Clearwater Beach! Quick 2 minute walk to the beach and it was very easy to find. It was clean and perfect for our quick stay

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful beachside Airbnb. We were able to walk from the door of the cottage right into the sand of the beach in about 30 seconds. It was one of the most lovely beaches we have ever been to, and we had a wonderful stay. There are some great restaurants And fun parks in the area which made it very enjoyable for our family. We would recommend to friends and certainly come stay here again if we are ever in the area. The hosts are very responsive and friendly and made the stay enjoyable.

THE SALT LIFE was the perfect place for our stay in Clearwater Beach! The property is absolutely adorable and gives off a great beach vibe. Of course it goes without saying that it is spotless and has all the required amenities as well. The location is amazing with beach access just outside the property entrance, and it is easy walking distance to tons of great restaurants and shops. Very highly recommended!

Lina’s listing exceeded our expectations and was super clean. We did come after the 2 hurricanes that hit Clearwater and Lina was responsive and kept us updated. Would definitely come back!

This beautiful, spacious condo is located right on the beach with a large, wrap-around balcony. The rooms are large and feature all the amenities you could want, including comfortable beds, roomy seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Zac stayed in touch, giving us all the information we needed for a wonderful stay. We'd recommend this unit for an enjoyable beach getaway!

Our family had a great stay! We definitely will be back. It was walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Perfect little getaway! Loved the private pool area and just steps away from the beach! All needed amenities were available…wagon, chairs, towels, toys, etc! The outdoor shower was a huge plus, helping keep the sand minimal when returning from the beach! Loved this place and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!

We’ve stayed at this location twice. This being our second time we knew when we were looking for houses in this area this had to be the one again. Plenty of space for guests, fun game room, clean, and quick walk to the beach. Would absolutely book here again.

Hannah was a wonderful host very helpful, kind, and quickly answered any question we had! Her husband was very nice and offered tons of recommendations of good places to eat. We were able to walk across the street to the beach within minutes and there’s lot of restaurants nearby. Also really enjoyed the back porch and beach supplies provided. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make a meal & inside is exactly like the pictures and offers an especially cozy home-y vibe. Would highly recommend if your considering staying at here :)

This was a great, peaceful location! The house was clean and coordinating with Jimmy was easy!

We had quite the experience with the hurricane and having to evacuate, however, we did get to have one day/night in this fantastic place. It was everything as described. It was perfect. Christina and Nikhil were amazing during these crazy circumstances. They were very helpful and communicative. We had a lot of stuff there (as we were planning a move to the area) and they were so gracious to bring it to us due to the evacuation. We cant say enough great things about the place or the owners. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

Every year my childhood friends and I do a girls weekend away and this year topped them all. Being able to sit outside every night and be right on the beach was spectacular! We watched the sunrise and the sunset. We enjoyed the neighborhood as it is very safe and quiet. The home was comfortable and it is clear that Mark and the team at Emperor Rentals really cares about it's guests. We had a handful of issues that were quickly resolved when we messaged them. All and all it was an amazing trip and we feel lucky we got to stay in this home on the beach.

Matthew’s place was exactly as described. He is a great host and proactively communicated with me about check-in, my stay and check-out. The house is adorable and a perfect place for a couple or a small family. We loved the playground and parks that were close. Everything is walkable. Highly recommend for your next IRB getaway.

First off this is a hidden Gem of a place and I can’t wait to go back ! Kevin was great with responding and gave great suggestions on where everything was. It was a delight to know we were only steps away from the beach. Thank you for everything great place and wonderful owner. Again thank you !

Great space in a wonderful Condo complex with a fantastic location on a beautiful beach! The condo was clean and spacious and the hosts were extremely easy to work with!

Condo is fantastic. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and always plenty of parking. As the pictures show, it is close to busy street so there is some road noise especially during busy “traffic time” but I didn’t really notice it after a day or two and I couldn’t hear it in bedroom. The view and being able to walk to Doc Ford’s restaurant more than made up for it :-) I would definitely stay here again !

Great location for a relaxing family vacation. We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach—you can’t beat a 2 minute walk. The condo also had beach chairs, a cooler etc which was helpful. We also had access to the pool which was steps away from the condo. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Very spacious and accommodating. We loved our visit and can’t wait to come back. It’s a wonderful thing to see John’s Pass community coming back strong! Mark’s and Kim’s beach home was such a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. They are fantastic hosts who are extremely personable who go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay, providing great amenities others don’t.

This is our second time staying at this location, and it again did not disappoint! From the welcome basket, to the cleanliness, and of course the amazing sunsets…we had an amazing time. Hosts are super friendly and very responsive. We will def stay again in the future!
