Villa vacation rentals in Jakovici

Excellent stay at the villa. Despite poor weather, we were able to make good use of the many possibilities on the property. Football, volleyball, table tennis, foosball, pool and for our rainy days the covered outdoor area with fire/barbecue area was optimal. Communication was easy and all questions were answered quickly and quickly. Our later check-in was also easily made possible. You need €400 in cash for the deposit. Minor damage, like broken glasses, but will not be deducted.

We had a perfect 4-night stay at this beautiful villa surrounded by the most beautiful nature. We loved everything about the house, spaciousness, design, location, serenity, amenities, cleanliness and pool. Ivana was a super friendly host, had some great suggestions regarding Istria and communication was a pleasure.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Very comfortable, and all pf the rooms have its own bathroom. The backyard is also great; pool with an olive tree near by. Pets are welcome, so our dog also had an amazing time. The hosts were very nice and responsive.

The pictures don’t give this place enough credit. 10/10!

We felt very comfortable the house is very nice. Franko and Nensi were very friendly and always helpful. Villa Grace is highly recommend.

We (8 people) stayed at the property for 8 days. In advance, we received a detailed voucher about the accommodation and possible activities nearby. The hostess was super friendly and welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything in and around the house. She also recommended us the restaurant "Istra" in Medulin, where your husband works as a chef. We were there one night and were all thrilled. Value for money = TOP. The place itself was exactly as seen on the pictures, everything was new and above all well maintained and clean. Also the outdoor area incl. Pool was very well maintained and had ample space for relaxing barbecues. In a small adjoining room, there was even room for a dart slice and a foosball table. A trampoline for the younger guests was also available. All in all, the place was just like we imagined. We highly recommend the place to anyone. I will gladly come back.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends! The house is great and everything went smoothly. The beach was 15 minutes by car, as was the town of Pula for a day trip. We can only recommend it.

Villa Cynara is spacious and as described in the text and photos. The pool is nice and fresh, and the garden area and outside kitchen are nice to spent all day outside. The close-by beaches are nice to spend a couple of hours, snorkeling near the rocks. And the cities of Pula and Rovinj are lovely to pay a visit and have a lunch or dinner.

We absolutely loved our stay. Vesna's place is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly clean. The beds are very comfortable and we were happy to have a private bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed including a bit of cheese and sausage provided for our arrival. The view is incredible, I could stare at it all day and night. We truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the local town, the beaches and most importantly the view. We had such a wonderful holiday and hope someday to return. The last bit of the drive to the villa is quite adventurous but oh so worth it. We loved this place very much and hated to leave. Before we left, Vesna gifted us some honey schnapps and her husband returned later with a nice bag of Chestnuts from their own tree. A lovely host family of a wonderful villa.

Gorgeous Villa, pool was amazing and the fireplace grill with outside dining table was fantastic. Each bedroom had its own shower and toilet. Coming back again for sure! Ivica was very helpful and returned messages right away

Nice short vacation with the extended family. Pool, sauna and hot tub were available and could be used to your liking. Unfortunately, the hot tub had its problems but the landlord had according to. Information has already begun repairs, which unfortunately came too late for our stay. Pleasantly large tables and also the number of chairs were very satisfactory for us. The table tennis table had also given the young one among us a lot of joy. Unfortunately, the nearest village is almost 3 km away, the beach nearby is not the largest open food. However, there is a lot to explore in the area.

The host is very friendly and quick to respond. The accommodation is very great, it has everything you need for a holiday. We particularly appreciated the 4 bathrooms and the large, spacious kitchen. The outdoor area is also superbly equipped with loungers, umbrellas and more. Only a few trees in the green areas would still do the atmosphere good.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

Check in was super easy and very quick. Nikola welcomed us very warmly and showed us the whole house. The house is very large and spacious with enough space to store everything. The kitchen with amenities is extremely high quality, and the best I've seen on Airbnb's vacation so far. The three large bedrooms each with a spacious bathroom with very good facilities were definitely a plus. However, the best thing about the house is the large terrace with swimming pool. The flows were not hot despite permanent sunshine and the pool was clean and high quality. It was all in all a very nice holiday and I highly recommend this place.

We were in the house for the second time and again we were very satisfied. The house is very tastefully furnished and we didn't miss anything. It was very nice that the house had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and even a gift. Hopefully it works out sometimes and we'll arrive even in a little warmer weather. Everything was perfect and Andrei thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

Marinko is a very accommodating host, available at any time and very friendly! The accommodation as well as the heated pool are great and as newly maintained. With the pool heating about 27 degrees water temp. can also be used at under 20 degrees air. The villa offers everything you want and is very modern. Privacy is granted throughout the area. Marinko even gave us homemade olive oil for tasting. We didn't want to leave and will be back for sure. Thank you!
